Name: Sassy DOB: 4/5/08 Weight: 45lbs Adoption Fee: $125 This animal is part of our "Seniors for Seniors" program where we offer senior animals adopters an opportunity to adopt a pet at a discounted fee.  Hey there everyone, my name is Sassy! Don't worry though, I won't give you any attitude. I am very bright and would love to learn from my people. I have a very happy disposition and never met a person or pup who wasn't my friend! I'm a great, classic, old school kind of dog.. one that might remind you of a dog from your childhood. I would love to find a home where I can claim my people for my very own..finally! <3 Sassy's Story: Sassy came to us when a rescuer found her runni ng on a freeway in NW houston and has been with us ever since. She is a great dog who is as sweet as the day is long and smart as a whip. She has a bright personality and a very happy disposition. Sassy has never met a dog or a human that she does not like. She is just a good old fashioned dog, one like many people remember having growing up. She has not been able to find the right home yet but we are very hopeful that someone will see her and remember having a dog like her in their childhood. We feel sure if we get the word out, someone will come out to meet Sassy and leave S.T.A.A.R. richer because they will be adding this classic dog to their life!
