Story
THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING THIS CAT IS NOT WITH OUR RESCUE. THIS KITTY NEEDS A SPECIAL HOME, THAT UNDERSTANDS THIS BREED IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, AND IS NOT LIKE A NORMAL HOUSE CAT. THE BREED IS NOT LISTED AS IT IS NOT AN OPTION ON PETFINDER. CAT IS A SAVANNAH / MAU DUE TO BLOOD LINE OF PARENTS. (F2 Savannah and a F3 Egyptian Mau are this cats parents, and his dad was registered, and mom papered, this cat is not going with papers, this cat will be fixed and not used for breeding) PLEASE KNOW THESE ARE NOT CHEAP CATS AND DO COST A LOT OF MONEY, BUT DEPENDS ON WHAT GENERATION YOU CHOOSE DEPENDS ON THE FEE AS WELL. ***IF POST IS UP HE IS STILL AVAILABLE*** This is NOT Bengal. Egyptian Mau is a 2ndary breed because Savannah Breeders will sometimes breed E.M to Further breeding programs. (But was Suggested to use it because the Breed is not listed) This cat is a Savannah.. This is a courtesy listing... I have found out with research(talked to breeders to get info about breed, as I am not an expert in this breed), that some breeders used Egyptian Mau Cats in blood lines to continue Savannah Cats due to Some Males were born sterile. Due to markings are close to Savannah's they will sometimes breed in Mau's. They share some characteristics and temperament at times.. F3 We are told. for this kitty. This Cat Is born Feb 2018. He is not a child's pet, but is needy at times. He is needing a home with a friend or 2. He Is ok with a submissive male(fixed) or female non alpha cat. He is light to shed when stressed or nervous. But always will grab your arm to rub his head or ear. He climbs , so needs cat post. He does best with cats 1 and up, and dogs 5 years and up. He is ok in an outside encloser that attaches to house though a window while someone is home, during the day on a nice day(not the winter months). He has only been in an encloser attached to house in late spring/summer for a few hours a day. This kitty is current on vet care. This cat will be altered before placed. He is an indoor cat, No declaw. Owner has a radio on while not at home. He is not happy and needing a family that can give him lots of attention, once settled in, and that has 1-2 other cats for him to hang with. He is ok with submissive boy cats/ non alpha female cats. He is HEALTHY!!!! He is about 12 lbs. This kitty is currently around another boy cat(that is related to him/ younger). Owner would consider placing both to the same home(other cat is not a purebred by a "hybrid"). Hypoallergenic This cat goes with carrier, food, bowls, bed. Vet papers included with this kitty. If this kitty is Stressed out He may potty outside of the cat box. Looking for a home with lots of love. Adoption fee applied. This cat is courtesy listing and not with this rescue. Posting at bottom as people did not see it up top This cat's fee is $1200 with items listed above only. THE RESCUE HAS OFFERED TO NEUTER THIS BOY FOR NEW OWNERS, AS THE CURRENT OWNER HAS NOT HAD HIM FIXED, DUE TO THEIR BELIEFS. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR NEUTER. IF RESCUE DOES NEUTER HIM, HE WILL GET A RABIES SHOT ALSO/ FULL EXAM/ FLEA PREVENTION/ NAILS TRIMMED. *** If your name is Amy W if you do not stop harassing this rescue over this cat, the owner has asked us to post, We will press charges against you, We also will not adopt out any cats to you/your fiance, so stop emailing this rescue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. as our rescue has the right to refuse adoptions to any person for any reason. and STALKING/Harassment is a reason. SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY *** if you are interested in this cat, you must include full name, phone number, city. twp and state. if you rent or own, and if rent landlords name/ phone # and location. Must answer all our questions. we will answer within 24 hours. if not interested please do not email us about this kitty with lectures or other comments. Replies must include name 1st and last, city/twp. and state, and phone number If adopted in next two weeks owners willing to give 100$ of his fee to nurses/docs for Frontline workers during cov19 virus outbreak Owners are seniors.

Story
Very loving and sweet cat. Very energetic but a bit skittish, doesn't get along with other pets especially other cats. 1 year old. He doesn't meow like a normal cat he trills which is kinda cool. I work all day and cannot give him all the attention he needs and he is to scared of the other 2 cats in the home so spends most of the time locked in 1 room. Would love to see him go to a great home
