Story
One of the worlds most beautiful dogs looking to love you!! Jayda is a 5 to 6 year old bulldog mix that came to us as a stray. She loves to chase balls and go for walks. She knows sit and is VERY treat motivated so teaching her new tricks will be easy. She is sweet and enjoys being pet. Jayda does not do well with other animals so she needs to be the only pet. She is not overly dog aggressive from a distance, but should not be around other dogs. She is great with people and would be fine with children ages 10 and up. Short legs and only 45 pounds makes Jayda the perfect size for most household! Adoption fee-$200

ALL ADOPTION FEES WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THEM THROUGH PAYPAL OR VENMO***** Desiree came to us from a puppy mill breeder when they were done using her to make money. She had never been on grass even though she had lived outside her whole life. She is very outgoing and loving with people. Desiree has never been socialized with other dogs so she displays dominant behaviors. She will require a home without other dogs. Desiree is a stout little girl. About 52lbs. She is very eager to love people and demands all the attention you can possibly manage to give her Desiree has an $800 adoption fee  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $300-$350, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $250. She plays with other dogs and cats. Loves all people and especially kids! Peaches has had surgery to repair her cherry eye. After 2 weeks it returned. It is our vets opinion that it is not repairable without removing the entire tear duct and would not be beneficial to Peaches to do so. Story
Available through CCPAL. Welcome Ferdinand. He is a 90-pound Bulldog/Basset Hound is our guess. He is probably about 4 years old. He is very good with people and warms up slowly to other big male dogs but really gets along well loose in a pack at the rescue. He was found tied up in the back of an abandoned house. He was being fed by the neighbors. He has a chip but his owner has never called back so he is now up for adoption. Personally, we think anyone that would tie a dog up and leave isn’t a good adopter anyway. He won’t need mounds of exercise. A fenced yard where he can check things out would be sufficient. He is independent and goofy. He likes it when we are at the kennels and he keeps an eye on us and follows us around. He has a big smile on his face when he is happy which is most of the time. He would be perfect for someone who wants a nice dog for company. Let’s say your husband works away from home a lot and you want to feel safe. He would look a bit challenging and would bark if someone came in the yard. He would warn you someone was there he didn’t know. That alone would be some protection. We don’t know how he is with cats but he has the typical Bulldog personality that is very assertive on his introduction and sniffing and it startles most dogs and some don’t like it. He is a big mush to people he loves and he is very clear that he loves you. He wears his feelings on his face. He is ADORABLE and we are looking for a home with a fenced yard and someone experienced with a large breed or bulldog as an owner. He is healthy, up on his shots, good in a crate and ready for his forever home. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to maudreyh@aol.com for an application. Story
Sausie is a 5 yr old bully mix. She is SUPER affectionate with people and loves to snuggle and give kisses. She is fine with other pups as well but prefers all the love for herself! She is low energy and mostly just wants to be in your lap all the time. She sleeps in bed and is a wonderful cuddle buddy. She rides excellent in a car. She weighs around 55lbs and is fully vetted and spayed. She is fully housetrained and very healthy! She doesn't need much exercise, just a quick potty break. She is fostered in Houston TX and won't be transported until adopted. Her fee is $400.
