Just arrived from Istanbul, Turkey. Sweet Miracle was in terrible shape when she was found, but after months of veterinary care and good nutrition, she's in tip-top shape and is ready to find her forever home. Miracle is calm, petite, gentle and will make an excellent companion. She loves affection and wants to snuggle, so she'll be a great couch buddy. Her fur is still growing, so in a few months she'll be much fluffier and even more gorgeous than she already is. ​If you would like to adopt Miracle, please fill out our adoption application which can be found under "Our Dogs" at www.kyrasrescue.com. **Please note that Kyra's Rescue is not a shelter facility, rather, our dogs are cared for in loving foster homes. Timber #5587 is a 3-year-old male, English Setter mix. This handsome boy is housebroken. He is good on a leash and knows a few commands like sit and paw. He is crate trained, although he doesn’t like it and needs a strong one. He is a bit mistrusting of strangers and probably would be best in a home without kids. Timber is the type of dog who needs a job. He likes to fetch, loves running around the yard; he needs a purpose, or he will find something to do that may not be appealing to you. He is not for the first-time dog owner and adopter should have some sporting dog experience. He is good with meeting dogs and seems to be playful with most. He could use confidence and a structured environment. He weighs 50 pounds and full grown. This pup is microchipped. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. This pup, like all pups should be on heartworm preventative, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
