We cannot process applications from other states. Hi!  My name is Scarlett!  I am a 5 year old mixed breed who was rescued in Houston, Texas!  I was found as a stray and no one claimed me. I couldn't believe it! I needed a spay and dental and some TLC when I was found and I am loving this rescued life. I am currently being fostered with many other pups, and doing great. Like all new adoptions, time and patience to adjust to a new home is necessary, but once you give me both, I'll do great with your schedule and routine!  Because I am a rescue, no breed is known, so my listed breed is just a guess, but I sure do look like a purebred setter! I have been around young children and done very well. I like the looks of cats...but I think they’d be too fun for chasing so just dogs please! Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and onceapproved a meet and greet with the dog. Please note that preference is given to adopters inWisconsin, but Illinois adoptions will be considered. will be considered.
