**Please read the bio in its entirety before emailing with questions** Neville is 3 years old and looks an awful lot like a mini Irish Wolfhound. It's possible he's a Lab/Giant Schnauzer or some other mix of breeds that results in an adorable, scruffy, unique looking dog. What we do know with certainty is that Neville is an amazing dog. He ignores cats, is friendly with other dogs (but is unaware of his size, so a home with very small dogs or younger children would not be a good fit), is indifferent to strangers and is an all around great dog. Neville is very much a creature of habit, so would love to be in a home where his routine looks fairly similar each day. Neville is sweet but stubborn. He is not food or toy motivated so he needs to be convinced that he wants to do something you are asking of him. Car rides are not his favorite thing and do tend to be quite stressful for him. He's a low key dog but not one who is easily trained. We know this sounds crazy, but Neville refuses to walk on wood or laminate floors, so needs a home with carpeting. As much as we wish we were kidding, we’re not. Neville is up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered and micro chipped. He also recently had a dental (very minor tartar, likely due to a poor diet), so he's fully vetted and ready for his forever home!
