Pot Pie's family loved her dearly but fell upon hard times and had to give her up. They said she is easy to love. She is a low-energy lady who weighs 63 pounds and needs help shedding her extra weight. She loves car rides and sleeping. She is house trained and always had free roam of the house but needs meds for a urination issue to keep her on track. She knows the down command. She walks well on a leash. She behaves well and never got into trouble. She is affectionate and loves sitting on a lap and being petted. She is used to children as young as three and is easygoing, friendly, gentle, and submissive. She is cautious around and sometimes afraid of cats so she should not live with one. She is easygoing, tolerant, and respectful around other dogs but rather picky about her canine friends so you'll need to bring yours to meet her. Please offer this mellow social butterfly the home and family she needs. (tw 3/9/2024)Are you a senior too? CAP offers free adoptions to adopters over 60 if the animal is over seven years old!

Story
Chewy showed up on our porch in early December. He was friendly, sweet, hungry and pawed at the front door to be let in. He loves everyone he's met, so far. Very energetic. He is microchipped. The previous owner was contacted and did not want him returned. Play, play, play. He tries to play with our 3 senior doggies, but they are unamused. His high energy level is a poor fit for our family. He would benefit from an active owner. He seems to be ready for adventure. He is a serious chewer, and loves to chase a ball or play with his "play pole". We have a large crate and bed for him. Contact me via text if you have questions or would like to set up a meet and greet.

Story
Well in April I rescued her off the road in front of my house. She had five puppies on July 5, 2019. I do not know what the dad looks like. The Puppies are getting to be to much, I need help. She had a collar and a lease when she came to driveway.. She is about 40lbs. I do not know if she is up to date on shots or not. She has not been chipped and I have not chipped her. She is a lovable dog and playful about I say 2 to three yers old.
