Purrsnipkitty Rescue is run by a small team of cat lovers who are devoted to finding loving homes for the homeless cats and kittens we come into contact with in Cabarrus and surrounding counties through our volunteer work in rescue and TNR (trap/neuter/return). There are so many wonderful kitties who need good homes...we strongly support “ADOPT, DON’T SHOP!” Since we are a small team we usually have only a few kitties in our foster care program at a time so that we can give each one the attention they deserve. Our kitties are lovingly fostered, socialized and vetted before they are eligible for adoption. They are not kept in cages while they wait to be adopted - they live with us in a home environment where they have plenty of room to run, play, watch the birds and hang out with other cats and humans. Because we are strong believers that cat overpopulation is caused by humans failing to spay and neuter their pets, no cat or kitten leaves our care without being spayed or neutered.
