Who We Are:
Teddy's Canine Railroad was started with a purpose in mind.... to help Bernese Mountain Dogs in need, particuliarly in the Province of Quebec. All animals adopted through Teddy's Canine Railroad are current on vaccinations, altered and vet checked prior to arriving in their new home.
How we help:
Teddy's Canine Railroad helps to coordinate transportation of animals to their forever homes or foster homes. We help to coordinate layovers during transportation as well as any medical requirements that may need to be fulfilled prior to transportation or enroute.
Adopting a friend:
Teddy's Canine Railroad has an extensive process to adopt a friend. An Adoption Questionnaire is filled out for the animal you are interested in adopting. This Questionnaire is reviewed and phone contact is made to discuss any questions we may have or you may have. A home visit is done to ensure the safety of the animal in your home and vice versa. All family members must be present during a home visit. Teddy's Canine Railroad reserves the right ,at any time, to decline a prospective adoptee without explanation. We ask that you understand that the best interest of the animal will always be our priority and that the review process for prospective adoptees may take time to complete as many of our animals have multiple applications on them. Our adoption fee varies for each animal in our care. Please note that local applications will be considered first on all the dogs in our care.
