We serve Allegany County in New York State. We are located on State Route 19 South, across from the Willing Fire Department. Our SPCA was formed in 1911 in Cuba, New York. In the early 1980's our first and only shelter was built through the genorosity of our supporters and volunteers. We are proud to be a NO-KILL Shelter and we do our best to help all of the animals of Allegany County.
