Rescue FAQs

We are a small foster home based rescue in southeastern MN. We do not have a shelter or physical office. We are strictly volunteer based. All animals are kept inside foster homes where they learn to live as a happy, healthy family member.

Additional adoption info

The first step for adopting one of our available pets is to fill out our application. This can be found under the adopt tab on our website www.secondchancesopenarms.com If we feel you are a good match for our pet you may arrange to meet with the foster parent. You will then fill out the adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee.
