Rescue FAQs

Jenn's Furry Friends Rescue is run by a passionate volunteer base dedicated to helping unwanted, homeless, injured, ill and special needs animals get connected with their forever families. As we do not have a "bricks and mortar" building the way some shelters do, we rely on the assistance of animal lovers in the Winnipeg area to provide temporary housing for these animals.

Additional adoption info

We make every attempt to ensure that our furry friends find the best home possible! In order to do that we require all potential families fill out an application, meet the pet they’re interested in and have a home check performed.

Puppy and Kitten Adoption fees include:
3 sets of core vaccines, deworming, rabies vaccine, spay or neuter, tattoo and microchip.

Adult Dog & Cat Adoption fees include: up to date on vaccines, microchip, and spay or neuter (with tattoo).

Rabbit Adoption fees include: Spay or Neuter with vet check

Please take a moment to fill out our Adoption Application and email it to us along with any questions you may have. We will contact you as soon as possible to answer your questions and set up a meet and greet with your FURever friend!
