Please note, we are a Texas based rescue that transports our pups once
they are adopted. All of our dogs reside in foster homes, so much is known
about their temperament, training level and personality. We know adopting
a dog sight unseen can be daunting, so we are happy to share additional
videos, photos and even let you Facetime with the pup. We are primarily an
equine rescue, but do assist with a small number of dogs annually. We are
happy to provide references from previous adopters if needed. Thank you

"GiGi is a nickname given to only the best people (or dogs!). It is normally given to a person with the name Giselle. This is a beautiful name and is only given to the people with the highest honour. GiGi is a wonderful person (or dog!!)"
I am a 12 week old, 12 pound female Labrador Retriever mix. Based on the size of my amazing Mama dog, I will most likely be around 45 -55 pounds when I is fully growed!!
I am the most social girl in my litter; I am impawsibly sweet and affectionate and will melt in your arms when I am hugged! I am also adventurous and like to go splorin' the backyard. I could be in the doggie Olympics with my superior wrastlin' skills; I like wrastlin' with my sisters and brudder. I am energetic and fun loving and love, love, love playing with toys!!
And, not to be like a bragger, but I is exceptionally purty with my palomino and white colors and sleek coat!!
I have never met a canine type dawg that I don't like and I am a people pleaser, so could most likely be taught to get on with kitties, as well.
I am learnin'people pleasin' behaviors like "sit" and "takin' my bidness outside"!

Hay Dude Equine Rescue, in Boerne, TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs, are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $250.00 FOR LOCAL DOGS AND $300.00 FOR PUPPIES. ( Local is in the state of Texas)! Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $450.00 for adult dogs and $500.00 for puppies. We transport all over the country!!
All our dogs are socialized and we try to provide you a good understanding of the dog’s personality.
