Meet our beautiful Beagle girl named Lucy B; a sweet, never-met-a-stranger, Beagle/Hound mix is just 3 years old and a little overweight at 50 lbs.  A little fat but happy, Lucy B will make you smile when she gives you one of her best tail wags and her own special “good to see you grin”.   We think she is contemplating the Marie Osmond Weight Watcher Program and we do know that she will need to eat separately from other dogs when fed.   She loves “HER” food.   Lucy gets along very well with other dogs and cats.  Kids of all sizes are good, too.   She was found wandering the streets of a little rural town in Tennessee and the local animal control people picked her up.   She is ready for a new start to her life that has many years ahead.  Won’t you invite this love of a Beagle in to your life?  Please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com  Sorry, we cannot adopt to MA residents.

We are happy to present the wonderful and loving dog personification of Little Tom Hanks.  This 4 - 5 year old precious boy was abandoned and then rescued by a kind soul.  Little Tom Hanks would do best in a home with female dogs or a neutered non-alpha male.  This boy is not as big as he appears in the photos.  He is just 22 pounds and just a little nugget of golden love.  He is good with cats, kids and very people oriented, preferring to go everywhere with his foster family. He is a great lap dog and is a very affectionate boy. He makes an excellent hiking partner and also loves to sing along with the harmonica. He is housebroken and neutered. Mr. Maxx is a great little guy.  He is a 2 year old beagle who weighs 35 lbs.  Maxx is a go with the flow little guy who does not meet a stranger.  He has not had the best life but things are now on the up swing.  Maxx has a great foster mom and two older foster brothers to show him what the good life is all about.  He is also very lucky as he gets to accompany them to doggie day care every day.  Maxx loves going to 'school' and has no problem making friends.  His tail does not stop wagging the entire time he is there.  After a long day at 'school' Maxx is happy to relax beside you on the sofa and is always ready for a tummy rub.  He walks well on a leash and rides in the car like a champ (shot gun of course).  Just look into those beautiful auburn eyes and you can see what a sweet soul Maxx has.  This loving boy will be an excellent family addition.  Maxx has been neutered and is current on all his shots and microchipped.  If you are looking for the perfect little guy to add to your family then you have found him.  To be considered for Maxx's forever family please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net or 615-943-7311.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Maxx is currently in Tennessee but can be transported to the northeast upon adoption.  Due to state regulations we are unable to adopt to residents of MA and RI.)

Addison is a gorgeous little guy. He weighs around twenty pounds and was born 8-6 -16. He came from a hoarder situation and was surrendered when his owner was evicted. He loves everyone he meets, human and canine alike. Addison walks on a leash and is crate trained. He loves to play and would love to find a forever home. Don’t let this amazing guy pass you by! The adoption fee is $300 and the transport fee is $140

Mabel is a very sweet, affectionate girl. She's 40 pounds of energy and loves to go for long walks. Mabel will sleep curled up alongside you, especially when it's chilly. She is very playful -- she loves bones, squeakers, being rubbed to within an inch of life. When she needs to go out she'll go toward the door and stare at you, maybe whine. Mabel has pretty intense anxiety. When alone she will bark non-stop, so she needs to live in a house or with someone who is home most of the time. She cannot live with cats, small children, or seniors (she pulls on a leash and jumps). Mabel's crate trained and loves her crate. She loves hiking, too, but she has pretty bad motion sickness in the car. Mabel is outstandingly loveable and I hate to rehome her. However my dog is only dog-tolerant and I only took Mabel in short-term while her mom got back on her feet. Sadly, she is not able to take her back, so please let me know if you could be her forever home.
