Posted  9/16/16 Rusty was picked up as a stray from one shelter and transferred to another, this poor guy was passed around like candy.  He is fine with dogs as long as he isn't on a leash.  He is crate trained and housebroken.  He does have resource guarding issues so we will not place his with any children.  He needs a person that is a little dog savy.  Once he gets to know what is expected of him he is a wonderful dog.  He is not the type of dog to be around too many strangers he can be a bit afraid.  Give him a chance and he will be a great companion.  His adoption fee is $175 he weighs about 40lbs.  All the dogs are Spayed or Neutered, Heartworm tested, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and overall Vet checked. Got Buster at the Whitehall Mall pet shop he is 8 yrs old likes to play was never off the leash outside cuz we didn't have a fenced in yard has a jealous streak needs lots of attention lived with cats always wanted to play but they didn't like him much very possessive when it comes to food can't leave food on table unattended or he will take it but one on one he's loving and playful he's my buddy but lost my house and can't find a place I can afford to take him and because of our circumstances the past year he was getting a little aggressive if he would take a tissue or paper plate or anything I would offer him a treat to get it back or let him chew it up til he was done the vet said he was having separation anxiety and was giving him melatonin chews in his food cuz I couldn't afford the prescription they suggested he just needs lost of lovin and understanding and someone who has the time and is not so super busy it's really hard cuz I love him a lot want to make sure he will be ok
