Story
I got Leo when he was just a few months old from my dads Nieghbor He is now 2 1/2. He grew bigger than I expected. He is very loving to the people he knows plus his best friend George (small dog). He also loves my daughters dog. But is reactive to dogs he doesn’t know. He is attached to my grandkids, family members and close friends. But he can be aggressive to people he doesn’t know. When he gets to know them he is super sweet. I have had him in two different training groups and he seems to enjoy training exercises I love him so much but feel like I’m letting him down. I work long hours on some days so he’s left alone. I’m also very small and have a very hard time walking him if he pulls. He loves to run and jump in tall grass, he loves the water but hasn’t swam yet. He so beautiful and deserves a better life than I am able to give him.

Story
Otis is a sweet boy looking to be someone's only child. He is being rehomed due to moving states and a career that involves extended travel. He would love to find a home with an active owner who wants to run and play frisbee, he is even great if you'd like to take a cruise on a skateboard with him. He has lived with another dog and with a cat but shows some signs of anxiety and resource guarding which are decreased significantly when he is the only pet around. He has spent time with children and he is gentle and kind but due to the resource guarding behavior he should go to a home without children. We aren't completely sure about his breed, he was adopted three years ago from out of state and came with minimal history. We really want this good boy to find his happy forever home.

Story
** FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPT ** While Cheech could be adopted someone needs to be dedicated to his needs and willing to work with a trainer. Please email us with any questions or concerns about him and we will answer your questions. our email seattledogs@hotmail.com Cheech is a beautiful mixed breed with a story that will melt your heart. He is 5yrs old, Neutered, UTD and Microchipped. He weighs 46 lbs and isn't a large dog. He is suited for home or condo living. He is house trained, leash trained and knows a few commands. We are looking for a foster/adopter for him and are willing to consider a foster to adopt. Cheech was surrendered thru our homeless program. Being homeless is hard on humans but its even harder on some of these dogs and Cheech bares the emotional scars of what he has been thru. Make no mistake he is a good boy that just needs a forever home. Please do not apply for him if your not committed to understanding his needs.Due to his previous life we are seeking a adult only home. Cheech would love to go for walks, hiking, camping, swimming and then go home and snuggle. He is good in the car. He needs an adult only home with no other pets or children. Cheech's adoption fee is $325 Disclaimer Often with rescue surrenders we are not told much about the dogs we take in and we want you to understand that they may have issues that we are unaware of. We do our very best to ensure we are placing them in homes they will fit in. They maybe afraid, not potty trained, or leash trained, may need time to adjust, give cuddles etc but one thing we know is that they are needing a home in which they can feel safe and loved and in return they will do the same. If interested in adopting or fostering please message us seattledogs@hotmail.com Seattle Dogs/Seattle Dogs Homeless Program is a 501c3 that helps both homeless and surrendered dogs find loving homes. Adoption fees go to support vetting and anything left over transfers to another pet in need.
