Puma is an incredibly friendly cat. Almost like a dog. He is very sweet and loves to cuddle. The problem is he sometimes has behavioral issues and has been known to use the bathroom outside of the litter box.

Story
I had to move my little boy into my parent's house and my baby is not happy, I moved out of state and now he is living in a house where nobody is ever home. He is kinda like a dog in the sense that he NEEDS people. He wants to sit in someone' lap or next to their laptop all day, follow someone around the house, go on daily walks to the mailbox, and have a person he can talk to. He’s had several UTI and stomach aches recently and the vet can’t find anything wrong and thinks the cause is most likely stress-related, as it all started when I moved him in with my parents. So I am sadly looking for a new forever home. Maybe someone who works from home or is retired that wants the companionship of a dog with the low maintenance of a cat. He is super friendly, greeting newcomers at the door, good with kids and small dogs love to be held like a baby and have his belly rub. He’s not the nicest to other cats so an only cat household would be best.

Story
We've had Sammy and Ella for all their lives. They are indoor cats with some ambition to venture outside. They'll stay close to the door for a quick retreat. They know their names and sometimes will verbally respond. Sammy is a big fluffy boy - 20 lbs at one point. We had to put him on a diet and he's lost a few pounds but still hefty. Sammy loves to lounge wherever you are and will sometimes walk buy and stop to check on you. Ella is his smaller (normal-sized) sister. She is shy and loves small and dark nooks where she can crawl in and hide. She often peeks from behind a wall, a chair or the stairs and watches everyone from afar. She takes a bit longer to warm up to strangers but will love her humans to bits. She greets me everyday during my morning routine and lays on top of my feet while brushing my teeth. They are a bonded pair and sleep together in their special space. Let Ella smell your hand first and you're golden. They are both well behaved, extremely gentle and sweet.

Story
My name is Sebastian, and I'm one of the most awesome black DSH/ Bombay mix kitties you'll ever meet! I was born in April 2019, so I'm still a kitten having fun. I have a shiny patent-leather coat and copper penny eyes. Bombay mixes are often called Velcro kitties because they get attached to their humans, and I'm no exception. I'm a purr machine and LOVE to be in my foster meowmy's lap soaking up all of the attention she can give me! I get along with the other kitties as well as resident small doggies in my foster home. I love playing with them all, including my foster meowmy! I was found as a stray and ended up at the shelter, but my life is good now while I wait to find my forever home. Arrange to meet me so we can spend the holidays together. Please don't be superstitious of black cats! You know, Groucho Marx once said, 'A black cat crossing your path signifies that the animal is going somewhere.' Buster's Friends makes a concerted effort to rescue black cats and kittens from shelters because they are five times more likely to be euthanized than any other color of cat. However, many people who have had a black or Bombay mix cat before end up adopting another one because they seem to have such wonderful personalities and are emotionally stable and well balanced. Sebastian is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for his indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. His adoption fee is $100, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Sebastian, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet him. To adopt one of our cats, you must fill out our adoption application and be approved by one of our adoption counselors. To make the process more efficient, submit the online cat adoption application at https://www.bustersfriends.org/cat-adoption-application.

Story
Hi! My name is Charlie, and I'm a handsome, sleek black DSH/ Bombay mix guy with a shiny patent-leather coat and copper penny eyes who was born in April 2019. Bombay mixes are often called Velcro kitties because they get so attached to their humans, and I'm definitely no exception. I'm a lap cat extraordinaire and hop up in my foster meowmy's lap the second she sits down. I just love attention! My sister (named Sister) and I ended up as orphan kittens at a shelter when we were just a couple of months old. We were really scared, but luckily our future foster meowmy got us out of there! We thought we had found our perfect home, but our new family turned out to be allergic to us. Sadly we have to search again for the new perfect home! We are both great kitties! Although we're available separately, we think it would be the cat's meow if we could stay together. We could keep each other company while you're at work or on vacation. Nevertheless, I get along with the little resident dogs and other cats in my foster home, so it's fine if I'm adopted separately because I'd be a perfect kitty for any household menagerie! So arrange to meet me today so I can jump up in YOUR lap! Please don't be superstitious of black cats! Buster's Friends makes a concerted effort to rescue black cats and kittens from shelters because they are five times more likely to be euthanized than any other color of cat. Charlie is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for his indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. His adoption fee is $100 ($175 for a pair), cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Charlie, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet him. Story
Roosevelt has been with us for awhile because he doesn’t like other cats, and he is a runner! He was found in a campground where he was very friendly but all beat up. He tolerates dogs very well and they seem to love him back. He needs a diligent and responsible home who will not let him escape, as he is a professional at it. Having a Catio would be a dream come true for him. He loves to lay in laps and talks back.
