COURTESY POST RUSTY is approx. 2 years old and he was dumped and found running around the streets in a rural area one hour outside of Houston. He was very shy and difficult to catch. Once he was catched and slowly he blossomed and showed how a sweet and great puppy he is. He is very sweet and friendly with all dogs and cats but he is unsecure with people and environments that he does not know so he will be happier in a house with an enclosed yard and in a routine. He could try to escape at beginning until he knows you so he will need a lot of love to help him in his transition. Rusty will love to live with other dogs and be busy like border collies are. He knows to walk on a leash, crate trained and loves to play with toys. He learns fast and it will be ideal for someone that can help him built his confidence. Purchased as a puppy from a breeder in Santa Fe. She is mix of pure bred Australian Shepard and border collie. She is mostly an outside dog, but is house broken. Gets along with most male dogs and cats just fine. She does not get a long with my daughter's female dog, but that could be a territorial thing since my daughter moved in two years back. Loves to run and chase anything! Very playful and full of energy with a very loving demeanor. We are just too busy and have a full house where we just don't have enough space or time to spend with her. We want to find a good home where she can run and play and be loved on.

Tink is a very sweet 9 year old who wants your attention. She loves companionship and wants to be wherever you are. She's very intelligent and tries to be as obedient as she can to please you. Tink will do well with friendly dogs about her size and up. She does have some food aggression with other dogs. She would benefit greatly to be a part of a mature family. Tink has had a bit of a rough past. She has been past from home to home then abandoned. She can have separation anxiety at times. If she has a consistent routine and parents that can tell her what's good or bad behavior then she'll be the best dog you'll ever have.
