I had surgery to remove the polyp last year and although there is always a slight chance it could come back, It likely won’t. My daughter got Callie from a friend of hers a year ago, she moved and desided not to take Callie with her. I lost my fur baby 4 years ago and I am just not ready for another pet at this time. Callie is a good cat, 3 years old. she has always been the lone pet so I am not sure how she is with other pets. But according to her previous owner "She does not play well with others" She has always been an indoor cat and LOVES starring out the window, although she has tried to go outside a couple of times. She is not spayed but she is chipped and up on all her shots. She is ok with kids, but not hyper kids, so a home with small children would not be a good fit for her. She does not like to be cuddled, but enjoys being petted.. She comes with supplies, food, litter box, dishes, cat tree, toys, the blanket she is on in Photo 2 and 3 goes with her also, lol, she loves that blanket.

Kids and cats. Cats and kids. Ariel thinks this is a purrfect match and she wants to be paired up. A child, on the floor, with criss-cross applesauce legs would be the best place for Ariel to snuggle somebody who loves her. This chatty girl will tell her young friend that petting and brushing are super special to her and that she will repay this kindness with pretty purrs and loving squinting eye blinks. Do you have a child who loves animals? Well, just like in the movie “The Little Mermaid,” this Ariel wants to be where the people are! Ariel has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), a disease that suppresses her immune system. But Ariel is a perfectly healthy cat, with no signs of being slowed down by FIV! Most cats with FIV live long, healthy lives with no symptoms at all. The disease is not spread to people or dogs. And it is not spread to cats through casual contact -- like sharing litter boxes, water and food bowls, or through snuggling, grooming, and playing. FIV is almost exclusively spread through deep bite wounds, and a spayed FIV+ cat is usually unlikely to infect other cats if properly introduced. But since Ariel doesn’t like cats (goofy girl), we think it is best for her to be the only cat in her home.
