Cosmo is a sweet and beautiful senior. She was adopted in 2010 to keep a mature dog company. Eventually that dog passed away and was replaced with 2 more and the cat has played second fiddle ever since. She seems to be target-peeing on the dogs' belongings. At first we worried that she had a urinary tract issue, but the vet said that she is healthy and that her issues are psychological. We have given her extra love and chances, but the targeting problem has only worsened since we got a camper last year and she is left behind while the rest of us go camping. I think that she would be such a "Happy Camper" if she didn't have to compete for attention. She enjoys snuggling in your lap, she likes to hang out on your desk, and she likes to be held and have her feet massaged. She comes with a food dispenser full of designer cat kibble, a cat box full of fresh litter, two fashionable cat beds, and a painted portrait.

We adopted Dani from Kitsap Animal Shelter - shes 3 years old, and had a litter of kittens before we adopted her. She’s extremely sweet, loves to cuddle, very low maintenance. She does get an upset stomach with certain foods, we feed her science diet adult cat, she does just fine.

Mirah is currently available for adoption at our Redmond store. She is a special needs cat and requires very experienced kitty caretakers. She's a very social girl, who is sweet with a little spunk to her. She is sassy, opinionated, and very talkative. Mirah came to us with diabetes, and is currently on daily insulin. She is sweet and affectionate, as long as it is on her terms. Each store has cats for adoption, but Redmond's adoption kennels are permanent, meaning that we never need to foster out those cats, and they get to peaceably live at our Café until a family takes them home. When a cat has been on site at Kirkland for over 2 months, they get put on a transfer list for Redmond as soon as a spot opens up. Cats over 12 years are preferentially hosted at Redmond due to the permanent situation of the kennels there. All of our adoptable cats, regardless of home shelter, will have the following before they are released for adoption: Spay/neuter, microchip, current vaccines, FeLV test (depending on the level of risk, some cats may also receive the FIV test), flea-free, worm treatment, ringworm treatment, and recent vet visit.

Story

Calie is a very shy but loving spirit. She is the 5 year old daughter of our other cat Skittles" and we are hoping to get one them togwther if possible. She loves to play out doors and to catch mice and leave them at the back door for you! If you want to cuddle, you have to leave her food dish empty. Then she will love all over you to convince you that it's dinner time! She really likes to watch water. Seeing water come from a hose or watching water swirl as it goes down the toilet are very entertaining for her! It breaks our hearts to have to let them go. But we have no choice. Hopefully you can give our kitties a safe and happy home.
