Story
Silvia is very pretty girl with a coat of many colors. She was pulled from Devore Shelter in San Bernardino, California, in June 2016 and has been in foster care ever since, waiting patiently for somebody to love. Silvia is an anxious girl who doesn't care for other animals but has had to live with them in her foster home - a Cinderella story waiting to happen! Since she's been on medication, she's calmed down quite a bit but will still likely need a patient, experienced, cat-savvy parent to introduce her to a wonderful new life. In a small child-free home where she can be your one and only, there's no doubt this caterpillar will turn into a butterfly. Are you the special someone who can unlock Silvia's potential? Please fill out an application to meet this beautiful, sensitive but amazing little kitty today!

Story
Meet Roca. She is a sweet cat and cuddly on her terms. She can be a bit shy sometimes. Would probably be happier in home without young kids. She never scratches or hurts anyone but she likes to relax and is a very calm cat. We have had issues with her having a history of UTI's and from time to time she has urinated on things left on the ground such as towels, bath mats or blankets. We have taken her to the vet several times and switched litter and foods with no permanent relief. The vet suggested she may not be happy since my 6 year old son constantly bugs her. All in all she is a great cat and it makes me sad to see her go. Pleaser consider keeping her with her best friend Teddy as a bonded pair.

Story
Chance is about 6-7 years old. She started out as a stray and is very skittish and shy at first, but once she warms up to you and feels safe she loves to cuddle. She does not get along with other animals or kids, so she needs a home where she can be the only baby. She does not scratch furniture and is litter box trained. She loves exploring outside, but is primarily an indoor cat and always comes back at dinner time (she loves to eat). She can be very playful and vocal.

Story
A very sweet adult cat, lives indoors but goes outside a few times a day. She occasionally urinates on piles of laundry, soft rugs, etc. She's generally good about doing her business outside or using the litter box, but either she has "accidents" or just... I can't figure it out. I really have no idea what her "breed" is, but from the drop-down menu I selected "calico." It didn't give an "unknown" option.

Story
Mirah is currently available for adoption at our Redmond store. She is a special needs cat and requires very experienced kitty caretakers. She's a very social girl, who is sweet with a little spunk to her. She is sassy, opinionated, and very talkative. Mirah came to us with diabetes, and is currently on daily insulin. She is sweet and affectionate, as long as it is on her terms. Each store has cats for adoption, but Redmond's adoption kennels are permanent, meaning that we never need to foster out those cats, and they get to peaceably live at our Café until a family takes them home. When a cat has been on site at Kirkland for over 2 months, they get put on a transfer list for Redmond as soon as a spot opens up. Cats over 12 years are preferentially hosted at Redmond due to the permanent situation of the kennels there. All of our adoptable cats, regardless of home shelter, will have the following before they are released for adoption: Spay/neuter, microchip, current vaccines, FeLV test (depending on the level of risk, some cats may also receive the FIV test), flea-free, worm treatment, ringworm treatment, and recent vet visit.

These pups are in Snoqualmie, Washington too!

Story
A year ago we found a stray cat - during a blizzard she came up on our porch. We found her owner who said she must have been catnapped and brought to our neighborhood from 20 miles away. Poor thing was on her own for a year! 🙁. We took her in and have fostered her. She now acts like a regular house cat. However, she never got along with our other cat. She needs a home with no other pets and probably no little kids. She is super sweet, uses the litter box and stratching post, likes to sleep close but also wants to be on her own.
