Story
We are moving and will be traveling for a while and would like to find a home for two cats left with us a few years ago. Their names are Sierra and Mist. The cats are very tame and affectionate. Both are female and both are fixed. At the time of being fixed, their shots were up to date. Recent shots are unknown.

Story
Two all-black brothers (same litter) of about 8-9 lbs each are in need of urgent adoption. Their owner has passed away and family members are unable to care for them. Ideally, the right home would be able to take both and not separate them.

Story
My daughter adopted Cody when he was a tinny kitten in 2002. She took him with her to college. After graduating in 2004, Cody came to live with us. We need a loving home for him, since he 17 years old, he's sleeps a lot this days. He is friendly and wants to be acknowledged once in a while. eventually snuggle in your lap and start his purring machine. Cody likes outdoors, but stays close to home.

Story
Hamilton is a 12 year old neutered male. He is outgoing and very affectionate. Aside from being prone to UTI which is easily managed with a wetfood diet is healthy. When he was younger he loved children that visited but has not adjusted well to our one year old.I do not know if this is due to him being older or if he resents the attention that he no longer receives. Either way he would do better in a home with older children or none at all. He has never been around another cat, so we have no idea how he would react to cats. He does find with dogs. We are also in the military and transfer every 4 years, every move takes a bit of a toll on him. We are due to transfer this next summer and with another baby on the way feel that Hamilton would be happier in a more stable home where he can be the center of attention. He has never clawed at furniture and is trained not to jump on dinning tables or counter tops. We want to find him a loving home he can live out the rest of his days.

Story
Until 8 months ago, Gracie was an ideal cat. 8 months ago, however, she began defecating outside her litter box. She never urinates outside the litter box, but she has decided to defecate just outside the litter box. We've tried adding an additional litter box (boxes are scooped of litter several times per day), changing the litter type, moving the boxes to different locations and adding attractants to the litter. Nothing has worked for more than a day or two. She does sometimes defecate in the litter box, but on a daily or nearly daily basis goes outside the box. We thought she might have a medical issue causing this change in behavior, but she was given a clean bill of health. We've decided to give up Gracie. We're hoping a change of environment will allow her to thrive and return to her former good behavior. We're willing to take her back if her litter behavior continues in a new home, but in that event we would likely put her down. Gracie is 9 years old, dog friendly.
