Story
Beast is about 6 months old. He was originally named Ziva (after the characteristically similar ncis character.) after being told he was a female from the shelter. He is extremely playful, and gets along with other cats, dogs, and kids. He is adventurous and his curiosity knows no bounds. He likes to climb alot and has a fasination with getting through doors (haven't had a problem with him trying to get outside though.) He does seem to have a sensitive stomach witch is why we feed him only Iams kitten food (purple bag.)

Story
Kady Kat was a stray and assuming abandoned around Christmas of 2018. She showed up on a friend's doorstep and I said I would foster her until we found her a home. It is now August of 2019 and I have not had any luck finding her a forever home. A friend told me about this website and I thought I would give it a go. While I wish she could stay apart of my family, my circumstances no longer allow for me to even foster her. She is now being fostered at another home. I have hopes that should anyone choose to adopt her, they do so with the intent to give her a loving, forever home. With Kady Kat being a stray, she does occasionally enjoy being outside (especially because of this, I have gotten her spayed). She enjoys people and other animals once she warms up to them. I do not know what her life was before she came to me and at times she can be a bit skittish. She is very loving once she warms up to you. I believe her age to be approximately a year and a half.

Not good with dogs, House-trained,
Story
Cat was found in country on a cold winter day. Showed up crying at relative's house. Seemed very friendly but cold and hungry. They felt sorry for cat and took it to a vacant house they own for shelter. Provided food, water, and litter. Need to find a home, as they do not want to keep a pet. It is an exceptionally nice and friendly cat, very good natured. Appears healthy, not skinny. May have been dumped or deserted by someone not wanting to keep. Wonderful cat though! Would be good companion. Likes being held and rubbed. Uses litter box. In a cold vacant house alone now. Needs a loving family to appreciate him.

Story
Meet Nacho! Nacho had a rough start to his young life. He was brought to a shelter malnourished, underweight, had trouble seeing, and had mobility issues. When he was taken into foster care, it was thought that he was about 3-4 months old. However, when the vet examined him he was closer to 7 months old! His foster home made it their mission to restore Nacho to a healthy state showering him with a healthy diet and plenty of TLC. And all the love paid off - Nacho has gained weight, regained most of his eyesight, and can run, jump, and play with his favorite kicker toy! He's a sweet and loving boy who interacts well with the other cats and dogs in his foster home. He's a little shy at first with new people, but warms up quickly, especially if given hugs! Nacho is looking for what all cats want...a loving and safe forever home where he can grow into the great feline companion he's meant to be! If Nacho sounds like the perfect fit for your family, please consider visiting shelbycats.com/adopt to begin the application process!

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Pattycake is a sweet as her name. She is shy at first but when she gets comfortable she is chatty! She has been exposed to other cats and dogs in her two foster homes though would encourage slow introductions to either. Loves to hide/sleep/spend time in cover cat beds and under furniture--so a cozy covered cat bed or safe covered place to call all her own is a must in her forever home. Not a particularly ambitious climber, she will climb on a cat tree to look outside but never to the very top--preferring to hang out at ground level (and that applies so far to being picked up as well). She loves head scratches and wet food. Pattycake would prefer you call for her and talk to her in sweet dulcet tones and avoid hard criticism at all costs. Just as her coloring is a dilute tortie, her demeanor is also that of a slightly less sassy tortie. She has a lot of love to give and would love to give it you! With any luck she may play a game or two of "Patty-Cake", too! She has been spayed and vaccinated and will be available for meet and greets at Feeders Pet Supply in Greensburg. Apply today for the privilege of her company!
