Story
The Bagel is around 11/12 years old. We adopted her a from Animal Welfare Society from a community room, so we assumed she got along with other cats, and took home her plus another senior kitty in the same room. She does not do well with other cats. She has been very stressed, and we have tried for a few years everything we could to make her comfortable with our family of 3 dogs and 2 other cats. She continues to show many typical signs of stress that she is unhappy with us, and so we are looking to find her a home where she can be someone's one and only, or who is able to accommodate her better.

Story
I’ve had Pearl since she was 8 weeks old! As she grew she became less and less fond of children. I had at the time only a toddler. She has progressively more aggressive towards him. Here we are she’s about two and a half, my son is 6 and I now have a 6 month old. She keeps trying to get after the baby. She needs a home without children. She can be the sweetest cat but she continues to bite and attack my older child and has been eyeing the baby lately. My son gets up in the morning is attacked. Sits to do homework beside me or on the floor and she runs downs the stairs to bite him.

Story
Dozer and Poppy came to live with us in March. Their family was moving far away. They are wonderful with the kids, dogs and our senior cat. We absolutely love these cats they have tons of personality, but we are not the right home for them unfortunately. They desperately want to go outdoors. Our neighborhood is not enjoying the visitors though, we have had several complaints of them saying hello and a few trips into peoples people's garages. Our young kids do not understand keeping them in the house so when they cry to go out they are often let out. Both of these cats are sweet and very friendly. They sleep in my daughter's bed and snuggle up when anyone is feeling ill. They will truly warm someone's home if you are able to have indoor/ outdoor cats or kids that won't let them out! They love to chase butterflies and watch the birds at the feeder. They are very accomplished mousers as well!

Vida- Female Spayed DOB 12/19/2017 Domestic Short Hair Orange & White - AVAILABLE TO BE SEEN AT PETCO LAFAYETTE ROAD PORTSMOUTH, NH --  Vida is a very sweet and quiet kitty and likes butt rubs. She doesn’t mind being picked up and held but on her terms. She loves to have her head, ears and nose stroked and brushed, but she will let you know when she has had enough.  Vida is a very playful kitty and will bat a ball back to you when rolled to her. She would do great with a cat savvy adopter who can read her signals and give her space to do her own thing as well.  Vida also wants to be an only pet and would do better with older children who would need to respect her space.
