BURGER
Burger looking for his human!
Burger is a very sweet affectionate boy, who will follow you every step you take. He is a KLAWS kitty who was adopted as a kitten and recently surrendered back to us. He approximately 4 years young!
Due to changes in his humans life, he had limited human interaction for extended periods of time and was on his own a lot, so does have some abandonment issues. He will need some time to trust his new humans, although is absolutely loving his foster momma. He will need a home in which his human is home the majority of the time, so someone who works from home or is retired would be the best fit. He has been known to mark locations in the home, if left alone too long, which shows his level separation anxiety. He needs to learn to trust again. If you have the patience and space to give him, he will reward you with all the love he has to offer. Burger will need to be groomed often due to his long coat. He gets along with the fosters resident docile cats, but can be a bit of a bully, so a home with less felines would be best for him. He is a very laid back boy, who showers his foster mom with love, but really does not like to share her. He is truly needing a human of his own, to shower him with love.
Burger is currently on a medication to help keep him calm, and our hope is that in the right environment, he will be able to be weaned from this. He also requires a Royal Canin c/d multicare stress dry and wet food.
