Kittens and cats in Bellevue, Washington

Hello peeps!!! Our names are Truffles & Sultan. We were born 5/21/2016. We are both brothers and best friends having been together this long, so we are looking for a home together. (Truffles is the leader, and not scared of much, whilst Sultan is a tad more timid until he feels familiar with his surroundings, but he chills out fairly quickly with his brother around.) We are quite large boys (Truffles is 13 lbs, Sultan is 14 lbs)… not fat, truly just big kitties, but we are sooo behaved and gentle. Our foster parents tell us almost every day how much they love us and we are the best kitties, and we love them too, but they said we are too awesome to not have a home of our very own. We have tried all this time (we are almost 3 years old) to find a home down here in Houston, and everyone who meets us loves us, but overpopulation is such a huge deal here, it is just so hard to find good homes. We heard your area doesn’t have the huge overpopulation issues, and we have heard how amazing and pretty it is there with awesome people, so we decided we are going to move north!!! Quite a few of our friends have now, and they say its soooo much better! So, we are 3 years, old, but as you know, that is still very young for kitties. We are still very curious and we can be playful, but we are chill most of the time. We are really just wonderful kitties. Please let us know if you’d like to give us a forever home!!! We are so very anxious to finally meet our forever family!!! We are currently in Houston until we find you, then we will get there as soon as we possibly can! This usually takes a few weeks depending on flights that can be found to come that way. Truffles and Sultan are fully vetted: FVRCP & rabies vaccines are current, neutered, microchipped, and FIV/FELV tested negative Adoption Fee: $200 (total for both together, the rescue covers the travel costs from Houston)

UPDATE: He is now with a foster in Seattle, so please contact us if you would like to meet him! Bonjour!!!! Je m’appelle Pierre! Ok, so that’s about all the French I know despite my name lol. My finder named me Pierre because I am such a sweet, loving, gorgeous boy… she jokingly says I must have some French in me to be such a loving boy. OH!, and la Plume, because my tail is sooo full and fluffy, she says it is like a huge plume! She found me on a rare super cold Houston night. I was trying to follow a lady I saw walking down the sidewalk… asking her to help me. When the lady went to cross the street I got soooo scared, but I kept trying to cross after her. This is when my finder realized I wasn’t her kitty. After they spoke a minute, my finder thankfully scooped me up. Thank goodness!!!... I really wasn’t sure what those things were that kept whizzing by, or how to get past them. Anyways… I am not street smart at all, so she figured I was an owned kitty. She took me straight to a vet… I had no chip and wasn’t fixed. She hung signs everywhere searching for my owner, but no one claimed me. (We can give reasons why for anyone wondering, but we now believe Pierre was dumped by maybe family of an elderly person who could no longer care for him or themselves. He was following an older lady and he smelled of an older person’s home… who wasn’t caring for themselves properly is a polite way to say this. This unfortunately is very common in Houston. He was obviously cared for at some point and is very outside ignorant). ANYWAYS back to Pierre telling his story: So, the very nice lady who found me says I am a SUPER chill kitty. I was laying on her lap within seconds… literally… I was so happy to be in a cozy lap, in a warm cozy car!... then on her friend’s lap when he got in the car. I met their doggies when we got home… and I think they are some strange looking creatures… but, I kind of like them. There is one who chases me when she and I are in the same room… and she is much larger than I am… and she kind of scares me, but I am learning about these ‘doggie’ creatures and have curiously watched them, and allow the little ones to come up and say hello. I am willing to do just about any activity you do when you are around me. I am super cuddly, but I am young, so of course I love to chase toys too! The vet said I am about 9 months to 1 year old. I am now fully vetted and ready for my new home! I am still in Houston, but my rescue will get me there as soon as possible after you are approved for my adoption… usually within a few weeks. The rescue pays for the flight there, so they look for a reasonable flight option…. Which are often 7 to slightly plus 14 days out. There is an application to adopt me that is required. It is to be as sure as possible that I am a good fit for you, and to generate conversation between the rescue and my future family… there are always things to talk about when matching little ones with new families.
