Coal is the sweetest, most calm and quiet sidekick you could ever ask for. Coal will have to be in the rescue for a few months, but would love to go into our foster to adopt program where you get him settled into your home so during his heartworm treatment he is calm and comfortable with his environment.  Coal is great around other dogs, people, and doesn't seem to mind older kids. No cats for this guy, unless you can work on slow introductions over time.  Due to the mass amount of inquiries on petfinder and adoptapet please know that we cannot get to every single email in a timely manner. Chapo was my brother's dog but he had left him with me for a suppose week but never came to get him and now he tells me he doesn't want him back... and I can't really afford to take care of another dog at this moment I have currently moved and where I am now does not have a fence and he likes to wonder and I have gotten a visit from the sherriff saying he can't be loose but here's the thing he has escaped from his harness and collars and chewed them up so I can't keep him from running off and I can't keep chasing him I have a daughter that I need to have an eye on all the time she's very curious .. chapo i do worry about because sometimes he wont come home for hours..if he gets loose so I'm looking for someone who has more flexibility for him and that can keep him from some of this trouble but other then that he is a good dog very relaxed he can play for 30 mins then be tired he loves to cuddle and loves car rides and great with kids
