Rescued Milo as a puppy (maybe 3 months old) after Hurricane Harvey, and had all vaccinations and tests done, even went as far as having a DNA test done. Milo is half chow and half american pit bull. Very loving animal, great with my four kids (ages 5-16). Videos and pictures upon request.

Beau was the runt & the only Golden Boy in the litter. Although he’s afraid of a lot, his love for squirrels & birds make him fearless. He’s got a goofy run but will always chase after the ball. He is very outgoing with animals & people. He does not bark on command but will bark at any intruders & for some reason, the elderly. Beau loves to dig, sunbathe, swim, bird-watch & anything outdoors. He turns into a CuddleBug & snuggles with whoever is sad or lonely. It breaks my heart to give him away. Unfortunately, Beau & his brother, were picked up by family members when they stopped caring for them. We didn't have the conditions for a dog, let alone two but we've provided as much as we can. Beau needs more attention than a regular dog & my health has prevented me from providing a consistent schedule which has led to anxiety & stress-related bad behaviors. I know that in the right environment,(big yard, patient people) Beau will thrive & be the happy Golden Boy I know he is!

Meet Maverick! This handsome chow chow is looking for his new love in life. Maverick had a very rough life to start. He has finally begun to figure out humans are OK. He definitely would do best as a companion dog. He is not the cuddly type but does enjoy attention on his terms. He will need someone that is familiar with the breed that can give him time, patience and space to warm up. Maverick enjoys the simple things in life, a ball or bone to chew on, two meals a day and a few snacks throughout if he gets his way! He has definitely come a long way and deserves a shot at finding a forever home to enjoy the good things (Food, toys and treats)! These are a vital part of his day to continue moving forward! He doesn’t mind other dogs and their company but prefers to play alone. No cats as to them they are squirrels and his prey drive goes in overdrive! This sweet boy is also very smart, and eager to please with a little tasty snack for motivation. He does know sit and stay, and knows to go to kennel. Maverick is approx 4 years old and about 55 lbs. Kobalt (Koby) is a handsome, 52 lb 2 year old boy with a thick, beautiful reddish-orange and white coat. He is very loving, cuddly, and will follow you like a shadow! He knows how to sit, walks very well on a leash, knows how to go in his kennel as long as you have a yummy treat in hand, and has no anxiety when crated. He is very food motivated and eager to please. He enjoys having toys, but loses interest quickly, and he has no interest in playing fetch- he would much rather lay down and chew on a bone or a bully stick. He will do best in a home without cats, small animals, or children. When excited and happy, he loves to spin and run around in circles. He definitely knows how to guard and protect his home with a powerful booming bark that will make any intruder second guess their intentions- however he does not bark when it isn't necessary. He can be uneasy about new people and situations, but once they gain his trust, he is sweet and as affectionate as can be! Hello Foxy Lady! Foxy is approx. 2-3 years and super petite at 30 lbs. She seems to do ok with docile dogs. She can be vocal at times with strangers and appears to like females much better than males. We feel she would do best in a low energy home with someone that will be able to work with her and let her be herself.
