Story
Mel is the sweetest young cat with dog tendencies......... Mel will whine when he does not get his way. Mel is greedy, and will try to eat kitchen food. Mel is hard-headed and spoiled. Mel is very active. I received Melcee as a Mother's Day gift in May 2019, at 7 weeks old - he will be 1 year in April. I love him, but we are moving and cannot keep him. We have raised Mel to do as he was told - so he understands the word "No" - as a matter of fact, when he was 3 months old, he actually meowed the words "No", no, no. (we said it constantly). He loves to jump on things, most young cats do, but Mel is good at it. He loves to be petted/rubbed, and loves to cuddle. He is very lovable and it hurts me to give him up. He does not like getting his nails clipped - the Vet will recommend to give him "calming" medicine before they clip his nails.

Story
Snow is about 12 years old. We adopted her from the San Antonio humane society 7 years ago. She is very loving, calm, but still playful. Good with kids and other cats once she is comfortable. I really want her to go to a loving home. I love her but I have had a life changing situation and now have to live with a relative that has bad allergies and asthma.

Found her way to our backdoor with one of our other cats. Would not feed it due to possibly belonging to someone else. Finally brought her in due to weather, she has been eating and using litter box. She never left, no one claimed her locally.

Story
I adopted my calico from a friend when she was a kitten. I think she was about 8 weeks old. I have had mild cat allergies before, but this kitten was not affecting me at all. We gave her a few baths to get the fleas off, and she was a happy girl. She would play with my old dog, and I think she sparked some new life into him. She would sleep on my face and chest at night (still sleeps right next to me at night), and she purrs so sweetly...I'm pretty sure it would put me to sleep. She would let my 3 year old pick her up and carry her around without much bother (unless he cornered her). She is so sweet, and still I don't want to let her go. But...not only have my allergies gotten much worse than I anticipated, but my son I am now finding out has the same allergy to her. We are both at the top level of our medication that the doctor prescribed, and we just cannot keep her. She will be a very loving addition to her next family!
