Story
copper is a very sweet boy, however he has more needs then i can handle. he's very hard to train, his last home was abusive, and he doesn't seem to pick up on things like our other dogs have, this is the hardest decision i've ever had to do and it breaks my heart that i have to give him up. copper loves squeaky toys and ropes, loves walks, he sleeps in bed with me and doesn't like the dark. however he does bark a lot, he needs training. i want him to be put in a loving home, he deserves all the attention he can receive that's all i want for him.

Story
6 year old male named Sonny, also responds to Bubba. Very friendly and extremely active! Does well with older children, tends to trample anything smaller than himself. Would be a perfect fit for someone without young children and someone who can keep up with how active he is. Good with other dogs, not sure about cats but I'm sure he'd be good with cats also as he is a very friendly dog.

Story
Meet Mondo, an extremely adorable, social, silly and playful Coonhound in need of a loving family. He is estimated to be around 6 years old and weighs in at 51 pounds. He is still on the thin side however and his ideal weight is closer to 60 pounds. This fellow was rescued from a high-intake animal control facility in rural KY. Like most hounds, Mondo is a happy-go-lucky pooch who loves to make new friends, human and canine alike! He is extremely affectionate and loves to cuddle and give kisses. He also does well with other dogs. We have discovered that Mondo can climb over fences that are less than 5 feet tall, so he will need to be in a home with a tall fence or with a family that can commit to leash-walking him. Mondo is crate trained and does excellent with his housebreaking when kept on a regular schedule. He will be a fantastic family dog for a household looking for a tolerant, good-natured and fun-loving companion. Mondo is in a foster home in Chicago and he can be seen by appointment only after an adoption application has been completed and approved. Story
Bryant is a very high maintenance dog. He had a lot of changes in his home and has become very destructive. (Chewing up anything he can find) He has always been around kids, but has just recently started snapping at them. I don't trust him with kids anymore. I believe he would do best in a home where he is rarely alone. He can't be put in a kennel because he has so much anxiety that he will injure himself trying to get out. He loves people and wants to be where you are at all times. I believe his chewing is because he is mad that he is alone. Before I worked, he rarely chewed things up. He needs a very patient and experienced owner. He does get along with female dogs but has never been around another male.
