Story
Interview with Sybil Hi Sybil. Do you like People? I take a long time to warm up to someone, I prefer to pick one person to like and that is all I need. Absolutely NO kids. I just do not like them, all ages, its a no from me. I need a home that does not have guests coming over often. I do not like extra people around. How about cats and dogs? I do not know what cat is, but i do like dogs, I watch what they do and I copy them. I learned how to use the doggie door from my current foster sister. I need a home with a fenced yard with no way to escape. Foster mommy says I started out in a bad situation and I am having a hard time getting through it. I will not wear anything! collar, that is a no, harness, nope.. I dont like being handled much. I will love one person, that person can pet me and I will give them kisses and get excited when I see them, but they can only pick me up if I say so and most of the time I say no! No means No! I love treats, I love to sleep in the hoomans bed and I love to play with toys. Mostly by myself but some times I will play a little tuggie with a hooman. What are you looking for in a home? To be pawfectly honest. I am going to need a home with lots of patience since I will need a lot of time to adjust. Chicken flavored kibble. Low energy and Low activity level. Patience again. Any last thoughts. No but Foster moms have a few words. Sybil came to the rescue defeated, pregnant and came from a hoarding home. She didn't even have a name. She's so sweet with her foster mom, and she is tolerating the others in the home. She's been with us 5 months so as time goes on she's getting better. She really really wants to like people but it will take a LONG time. Right now she can only be adopted Local. The adoption fee is $200.00

Story
Meet Corona JC I know I know, the first time you met me I was living with my Mom. I finally moved out of my Mom's house. *The song It's the End of the World As We Know It plays in the background* Now, there is a virus that shares my name. Seriously, what's a guy gotta do to catch a break around here. To be clear, I am named after the beer, not the virus. I was named before the stinkin virus made the news. One good thing about the corona virus is that people are now utilizing social distancing. Fist bumps instead of hugs. I like that. I look like a really cute cartoon character so everyone wants to scoop me up and hug me, but I need to be wined and dined first. I will allow for Foster Mom to briefly stroke me, but the jury is still out as to if I enjoy it or not. She feeds me, she can do what the heck she wants. Crinkle crinkle. Music to my ears. I do enjoy the sound of a treat bag. I eagerly wait for Foster Mom to crouch down and give me a treat. I also let Foster Mom dress me up in sweaters on cold days. Crunch crunch. Also music to my ears. I like carrots and apples and ice. Sometimes the treat is bigger than me, but that doesn't stop me. Cronchy challenge accepted! With dogs, I am shy at first, but once I get comfy, I try to alpha my way up the chain and invite others to play with me. Like most tiny male dogs, I am not afraid to show my displeasure and get snippy if another dog displeases me. Solution, simply don't displease me. Since I started off very shy and attached to my fur-mom's apron strings, I am not a good pet to have around small kids. I want to be the only baby in the house. Period. I am potty trained and crate trained. I adore my crate and my cozy blankie. I am timid and need time to adjust. I like to follow Foster Mom, but I prefer she pretend I am not following her. Once she makes a move, I leave out of her grasp. I respond to soft tones and sweet talk, or as Seinfeld calls them "low talkers. Do you have any cheese *said Steve Erkel style*. I love cheese. I will sit in your lap for cheese and cuddles. I am a BOY Dachshund, Fox Terrier and pawsibley some Chihuahua mix. I am 9 months in February and weigh about 10 pounds. I don't live with my Mom anymore, I ventured out to a new foster home with a playmate. I hope my new adopter home also has a playmate and nap buddy. Basics: Corona JC- male, 9 months in February, 10 pounds, Fox Terrier/Dachshund mix, tricolor, good with dogs, not cat tested, timid and shy, but very darling and quite the character, he does not do well with young kids due to his shy and easily startled nature, really needs a quiet home with a quiet submissive play buddy that won't mind him being the boss, potty and crate trained Local adoption fee $250.00 (within Texas) Out of State adoption fee $500.00 (with transport out of Texas)

Story
Meet Lisa Pisa AG Are you tired of fuzzies everywhere on your linens? Can't stand the pilling of cotton and flannel sheets? Are you tired of not sleeping in peace due to bumpy bedding? Well no worries my friend, I am here to show you that I can remove those fuzzies on linens. I take the fuzzies right off with no clean up necessary. (Note: Her foster mom can send you a video of Lisa Pisa's "grooming of sheets) That's right folks, I will groom you sheets, free of charge. If you order today, I will throw in some light snuggles, but wait there's more, I will also throw in 10 judgmental looks per evening. Wow, what a deal. Seriously folks, I groom your blankets and sheets. Weird? Maybe. Helpful. Definitely. I am a female, 3 year old, 35 pound Dachshund/Shepherd mix, with lots of fuzzy, sheddy fur and a bushy tail. I am GREAT with dogs, and all critters, I even met cats and chickens one time. About the only thing I am hesitant about is people. I came to the rescue feeling very shy and scared, but at Foster Mommy's house I have blossomed. I'm a bit of a Nurse Jekyll and Miss Hyde situation. Especially in the beginning weeks, you get the Miss Hyde. I Hyde under your bed, in the corner of the couch, a kennel is good, too. I need that safe space to get all my Hydes out. I can be cuddly and initiate love once I am comfortable, but if you love on me too much, I will bounce. I bounce right off the bed, you're done for today, try again tomorrow. You will have to exercise patience with me as I work through my fearfulness. Speaking of exercise, walks are kinda sorta just ok, but Foster Mommy encourages them, as I do have a tendency to put on the pounds, so my weight is 35-40 pounds depending on the walkies. Though, it's really not me that puts on the pounds, it's Nurse Jekyll. When there is yummy in my tummy people food around, I do a 180 and a kick flip and an ollie all over the place. I get so excited and pop right out of my shell! I can be picky with my treats, but that's just because I want the most premi-yum yum snackos. Do you want someone calm, sweet, and who loves to eat? Order today, don't pass up this deal! Remember 10, that's right, TEN judgmental looks thrown in FREE!!!! Local adoption fee $200.00 (within Texas) Out of State adoption fee $400.00 (wits)h transport out of Texas
