Story
Remy was born April 21, 2017. He is almost 3. He had a head injury at 6 weeks old and from that injury, he suffers from seizures. If left uncontrolled, the seizure frequency goes from 1 - 7 in as few as 3 days. Grand mal seizures. He currently (as of 11/11/19) is 86 days seizure free with the help of KBroVet500 and phenobarbital. Remy also suffers from generalize anxiety, separation anxiety and OCD issues. He is on fluoxetine to help this. He now tolerates showers but the following are triggers to his anxiety... sponges wiping down counters, swiffers, brooms, and vacuums. We do okay with other dogs at dog parks and when out for walks. Territorial about home but warms up to strangers. Kid friendly. Would be best in a quiet house with no other animals, with a consistent and authoritative figure who has patience and is able to care for his medical needs. He loves to cuddle, play fetch, tug rope and kick around the jolly ball. Extreme attention seeking and velcro by nature.

All adoptions are $200 per dog which include spay/neuter, micro-chipped and up-to-date on required shots. Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $100 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.
