Story
Both of my dogs are shelter rescues. PJ is a chihuahua mix and approximately 6 years old. Noir is a German Shepherd mix and approximately a year old. They do well with each other, but have not really spent any time with any other animals or pets. I have four children and they are fine with them. Our lives as individuals and as a family has just gotten busier and busier over the years and unfortunately the dogs take the very back burner. I just don't have the time for them and they deserve a family who can give them the time and attention. Noir is still a young dog so just keep that in mind, she's pretty good and a mellow dog over all considering, but she's still young and full of energy. PJ is older and loves to play with Noir, but definitely likes to just relax a lot more than Noir would like to or would like her to. They both like to be around their owner and family. I would consider them indoor dogs, outside when no one is home.

Story
Unfortunately my job has moved me across country and I can't afford to take my dogs with me so getting them to a loving home is my new priority. This is Tessa, the second dog of the bonded pair, who is 13. She has diabetes and cataracts so she is entirely blind and requires 2 shots of insulin everyday; this will mean extra costs per month for insulin and syringes. Despite being blind she maneuvers through her environment with ease on most days, she loves rolling in the grass in the sun and belly rubs. She's good with strangers, kids, dogs, and cats but she prefers to be left alone.

Story
Charlie was the only puppy and his mother couldn't supply milk so he was bottle feed by my father. My dad passed away on 1/1/20 so I am temp keeping him until I can find him a home. Charlie likes to play fetch with balls and socks. He really enjoyed just sitting on top of my dad's belly. He can be aggressive to strangers so you will need to be a little patient and let him get to know you. He is a very loyal and loving dog.Charlie will be 2 in July. Charlie does best to have his human companion by his side all the time so a retired person would probably do best for him. Charlie weighs about 10 lbs. Charlie enjoys sleeping in the bed under the covers. Charlie was neutered on 2/5/20 and is current on shots.

Story
ROCKO is a very loving and energetic pup in need of help from a kind and caring individual. Rocko has some kind of skin condition that has developed on his face, and needs veterinary treatment. The family currently caring for Rocko does not have the money to provide the treatment he needs to be the happy, healthy pup he was meant to be. We are hoping a hero is out there to help this sweet boy.
