Story
In the photo, Ginger is all the way to the right. I have no clue if she is up to date on her shots shes my grandma's dog. She loves people but she doesn't get along with other dogs or cats. She is not trained. She is 2 years old. My grandma can't have her. Ginger had a sister that would never leave her side but the people who were watching them let her sister get hit by a car. I need someone who will love her. She is NOT an outside dog. I just need someone who will love and take care of my little girl. She is a Chiweenie. She is trained to puppy pads and doggy door. She can't have an open yard or she will run.

Story
Hello, We adopted Sadie from the Shasta county spca. In summer of 2017 when our children fell in love with her. We had a home with a rather large yard for the following few years. Unfortunately we have been forced to move to a new home with a lot less of a yard. Training has been a daunting task and she seems to Have difficulty being confined during the day. We are concerned she will get away due to her curiosity and feel more like someone with the ability to train or offer her more time would greatly benefit her.

Story
I have been fostering Pootie for a homeless person, since May of this year. I have tried getting in touch with them, many times, via phone, number has been disconnected, and driving around looking. I can no longer car for him, I have taken on a sick friend in my home, and she is taking a tremendous amount of my time. I already have several pets of my own. Pootie is a good boy, just needs his new home to be patient. He is very trainable. He was very aggressive when he first came into my home, but now I can harness him, pet him and he’s happy. He’s still not okay with his nails trimmed, you have to get them done via the vet. He takes a little time to warm up to new people, just sit with him, and show him lots of affection. You’ll be fine. He’s been through a lot, and just deserves a quiet loving forever home. He does love to play on the floor! Please give him a chance.

Story
He is such a sweet boy and has a ton of energy. He’s great with most female dogs however can not be housed with another male dog. We took him for a friend that lost there home and he doesn’t get along with our dog. Unfortunately they got into a fight last night and it’s became to much of an issue to have them both. I really hope someone can love him as much as his previous owner because he is a good boy and deserves it. I don’t want him going to the SPCA and getting put down.

Story
Hi, friends! My name is Skip, and I love people. I love an active lifestyle. My favorite activities include: daily walks, playing tug, and eating LOTS of milk bones. But, what’s important to me is YOU! Or.. I mean people. I love people! The neighbor, the mailman, everyone is my friend. I need a family to love, who will love me just as much. I have been an outside dog, but I am house trained! I would like a family that will allow me inside, I love attention! I am afraid of lightening and loud noises, so I need extra support during these times. I can be mischievous at times; my Mom says it adds to my undeniable charm. But I do need someone who is patient and firm. My family loves me VERY much. My mom adopted me from the shelter 5 years ago, but she couldn’t take me to college. I’ve been staying with my grandparents, but they aren’t home enough to give me the love that I need. My mom wants me next home to be my last one- a forever home!
