Story
BROTHER, can you help a fellow American down on his luck? This SWEET ole man was found as a stray, Almost completely Deaf, we're hoping someone with a BIG heart and a soft spot for the seniors can provide a MOST deserving dog, a place to lay his weary head and a loving home to call his own. STILL has lots of love to give, We are praying our NOBEL man can find the happiness he is so very deserving of. Laying on the hard floor of an animal shelter is NOT what we want for him for his last days. He deserves better!

Story
Hi, my name is Zoey! I like long walks on or off the leash, I always come when called, even if I take my own sweet time, but I usually listen pretty quickly. I love snuggles and I still think Im a lap dog even though Im 35 pounds. I just turned one year back in November and Im not sure how I feel about really little kids and cats....I really want to play with kitties but sometimes get too rough. My current family has to move and the landlords wont let me move in too and they have a baby on the way which Im not sure about. At the end of the day as long as I am with my people I am completely happy!!

Story
10-4-19 Kuna comes into rescue as an owner surrender, after being tied up for 3-4 years. She was purchased as a puppy by a family member, then given up when the babies came, to live on the chain. I'm glad the parents brought her here, yet should have been sooner. She is in need of good groceries. She seems to have bad hips as well, as she cannot/ will not SIT.  ##551552##

Story
Please contact Monica R Larner (cowdogrescue@gmail.com), (989) 330-5147 for more information about this pet.4-1-19 Iris Blue comes into rescue from a different shelter where they said she was afraid of being picked up as a stray. While her paperwork doesn't have an age listed, we are going to guess 3-5 years old. She is afraid of people, yet we are working on her fear of people touching her collar by putting a slip lead on when moving her. She does like to go for leash walks. Please Note: First, we ask that you fill out the adoption application if you are interested in one of our dogs. We can only answer questions about the adoption process, before the application. Then during the phone interview (step two of the application process) we can answer more questions based on what your application has on it. If you email questions without doing an application, we will not be able to give you a good answer. There are too many variables which we look at when matching up dogs. Thank you for helping us to help you, and ultimately help the dogs looking for the right home. Our adoption fee ($250) covers the age appropriate spay / neutering, heart worm testing, rabies, distemper combo, microchipping and any other necessary medical that a dog may need. Please consider a rescue that comes to you with all of the routine medical (and then some) already done. Need to find the application? Please visit our new website at www.cowdogrescue.comhttp://australian-cattle.dog/?page_id=241 Contact Monica at (989) 330-5147, Director of AuCaDo Rescue, for questions about adoption process.
