Podrido is a very old, mixed breed dog that needs to be in a home without any other animals, without children and without adult men. He needs to be with a very experienced female that stays at home 24/7. Podrido has a good deal of anxiety and is reactive to anything that upsets him. He needs a yard with a 6 foot high (minimum) privacy fence (no chain link). Because of the Stay-At-Home order in our state, Podrido will not be able to travel to our rescue until the orders are lifted.

Adam is a Podenco. Coming from Spain as soon as travel restrictions are lifted. Adam suffered from a badly broken leg. He still needs one more surgery and rehabilitation once he arrives in the USA. Please check back in June about his status. All Podencos require a minimum 6 foot privacy fence (no chain link). We do not adopt to families with children under the age of 6.

Bear will be 4 years old in February, I got him when he was about 8 weeks old. He is blind in one eye, unsure as to why it happened. He is really sweet and loving once he is used to someone. He is a very fearful dog, meeting new people or going to new places is not easy for him. He barks alot. Loves cats but doesn't realize how big he is, does not do good with other dogs though. I dont trust him around kids because of how fearful and stressed out he always is. I dont want to re home him, but I'm hoping that there is someone out there that actually knows what they are doing when it comes to training, and can help him become the great dog I know he can be. I just dont have the money to take him to training classes and I move around alot which I know is stressful for him.
