Story
Willow came to us when her family had to evacuate due to a hurricane. She is 3 years old. She was our oldest son's best friend, and set herself up as the protector of our younger son. We added a daughter to the family in July last year, and Willow has not been the same since. While very sweet and mild mannered with adults, she is not good with the kids any longer, and does not get along well with other animals. Though there have not been any direct acts of violence toward our kids, they are nervous around her because of the aggression she has shown toward other animals on our small farmette recently. This is why we are looking for a new home.

Story
Clyde is a special fella that has a whole lot of love to give. Due to a rather loud and crowded home, Clyde needs to be and would be happiest in a home with no other dogs or cats. Some of his joys include: chasing rocks that you throw into the yard, going for a hike or adventuring through the woods with you, and assisting you with opening your presents during the holidays – he loves wrapping paper! This beautiful boy loves to smile at you and graciously accepts any pets and scratches you can give his brindle coat. Clyde is currently trained to stay within property bounds in a more rural area, so would likely do best with a home with a fence or similar situation. We recommend that you have a house suitable for a medium – large sized dog. Fair warning, he’s a bit nosy so you’ll want to keep an eye on him in the kitchen.

Story
Tator Tot is a very sweet 1 year old mixed breed who is looking for his FOREVER home after being brought in to us by the humane officer when he was found tied to a fence in Altoona. Tator Tot is timid around new people and will need some time and patience to warm up. He would benefit from a quiet home where he can decompress and come out of his shell, however he did well with everything during his assessment. If you think you could give this poor guy the understanding, loving home he needs, please feel free to stop in and meet with him.
