Story
Riri is a sweet loving rescue. She loves to play and is energetic but can also be very relaxed and lay in your lap. I wish I was able to keep her but with my schedule I do not feel it is fair for her and want her to have a home where she can get the attention she deserves. She never barks, unless there is a knock at the door. She is 1 years old and is about 5 pounds. She may seem a little scared at first when meeting someone but as soon as you give her a rub behind the ears she warms up to you. Never bites or growls. A very sweet tiny dog.

Story
Bonnie is a very friendly 2yr. old dog. She loves attention like rubbing her belly. She is trained to lay on her pillow on the floor in the house and she sleeps in a kennel at night. She loves to play outside a lot except if weather is too hot (like month of Aug) we bring her indoors. She does not bite or chew on furniture. She is definitely good to be on her own or not with another female dog because she wants to be in charge. And she is a good guard dog. She follows commands: “Sit, stay, eat, go”consistently:) She gets excited around our grandson and is not aggressive. Bonnie can be redirected easily to obey your commands :)

Story
One of my coworkers found Fern under a bush when he was 3 months old last year in November. He didn’t have any micro chipping and was without a collar. I took him from her the next day. He has been in my care ever since. I’m looking to rehome him now because I recently moved from El Paso to San Antonio to live with my grandparents to help them out. I tried to find a good home for him before I moved but I was not successful. I am also expecting a baby in December and when the time comes I will not be able to give him the attention and the exercise he needs anymore. My grandmother is also slightly allergic so it just isn’t a good mix anymore. Fern is very energetic, he needs a home where he will be walked or played with outside for at least 1-2 hours daily. He is house trained and crate trained. He is good with other dogs and is not food aggressive. He is good with children, but due to his energy I would prefer a home with older kids just because he does get very excited sometimes.

Story
Hunter was abandoned at about 8 weeks. My husband saved him from a trucking yard so that he would not get run over. Hunter is very lovable and very protective of his family. In this case Me Mom I am the alpha so wherever I go he goes. He like to snuggle and watch TV. He lets you know when he wants to go outside by jumping on you or mumbling or barking at you. He walks very good on a leash he stays right by you. Hunter is not very good with strangers and will need to be socialized. He is good with cats and other dogs. He has never been around children so I do not know how he will reacted to little people. Hunter is house broken and create trained, he is neutered and microchipped. He would make an awesome companion to someone who devotes the time to him. Unfortunately, I have to give him up due to medical reasons and I want to provide him with a loving home. It breaks my heart to have to give him up but my health will not allow me to keep him.

Story
We received Jeffery from a close friend of mine. He was given as gift to my son on his 5th birthday. He has been part of our family for 6 yrs. He is really sweet and loves to cuddle. He gets very territorial at times but it’s out of love and loyalty. Very well potty trained with no accidents. Listens when you say to go, down, or come. He does better with bigger children vs babies and toddlers. He doesn’t like when kids are on the floor playing. He loves to run and sun bath outside but when it’s time to sleep he buries himself in his favorite blank. We love him very much and want to get him into a loving home.

Story
Dexter is a sweet 1yr old German Shepard/pit bull. He is super energetic, loving and playful. He is house trained, he knows a few commands and was socialized at a young age so does well with other animals and children. Unfortunately I can not keep him because I am 9 months pregnant and moving to another state and would not be able to give him much attention. I’ve had dexter since he was 8 weeks so I’m looking for someone to love on him and take good care of him.
