Story
Tucker is a doll, but he is definitely timid and shy. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, but tested positive for heartworms. He has completed the majority of his treatment, now just needs to test negative for the HW's, prior to going to his forever home. Tucker will need someone who is patient and lets him decompress in his own time frame. He has settle in well at his foster home, but he is still shy. The best fit for Tucker would be a low hey...quite and calm home...he would not do well with small children. He seems to tolerate the foster family's cat with no issues. Tucker does NOTR like to be put on a leash, and will do the "alligator roll" if you put one on him. He is also very scared when outdoors, so he has become used to using pee pads in the foster home. Story
The owner passed away and I took him in so they would not go to the Humane Society. I was told that the dog got along with cats and other dogs. But the little dog is very territorial and aggressive when another dog it is getting attention. I am getting them both neutered and their shots on the 31st. "Nugget" appears to be deaf. He came with drops and we have given them but he does not hear when you walk into a room or call him, he follows the other dog. He is potty trained. I work all day and we have had zero accidents. He loves to be with you, he will lay at your feet or sit in your lap. He is a character. He is really darling and I would love to find a kind home for Nugget. Thank you

Hopps is the sweetest little guy!! He loves to cuddle, be with his people, and hang out with his doggy friends! Hopps is fully vetted, approximately 8 yrs old, HW neg, 17 lbs. Hopps is in good health, however he does have a slight heart murmur, which does not seem to affect him, in the least! If you are looking for a snuggle bug, Hopps is the perfect dog!
