I've gained some weight at the kennel and I'd love to work it off on some hikes or walks with you! I like most dogs, but I'm not overly playful with dogs. I prefer to just do my own thing. And guess what? I also like cats! Not all cats like me...but that's not my problem! I'm just trying to be friendly! I hope you consider adding me to your home. I would really love to spend my days lounging with you after a nice walk. Call me! Tatum is in liver failure and is currently stable on her medication. She could have years, or months, to live. There is no telling how long her medications will work for her body. *** Tatum is part of our continuing care program. Young 1 1/2 yr spayed female. She is housebroke, use to being outside during day and inside at bedtime. She loves the dogpark and plays and socializes with all the people and dogs. I own her grandfather, lab/pointer mix, and her aunt. She has been around infants, toddlers, kids, teens, adults. At her KAWS visit last month she weighed around 40lbs. Reason for rehoming is where I live says I have too many dogs and need to get rid of one. The reason I have chosen her to rehome is she has a great friendly personality and would fit nicely with familes and other dogs.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oakley's foster reports he's a very affectionate and well-behaved dog, who gets along just great with people and other dogs (though we don't know about cats). Oakley was rescued by an SPCA volunteer who thought he'd been dumped, and we discovered he'd been recently adopted from the shelter. Yet Oakley was in excellent physical condition, with a beautiful soft, shiny and flea-free coat and had obviously been well cared for. Neither the recent adopter nor his previous owner (traced through Oakley's microchip) returned our calls, just asking them if they didn't want him back, why not? So we were left wondering why anyone would want to get rid of such a sweet and beautiful canine companion, whose worst crime seemed to be sleeping in his foster's favorite recliner? The most likely answer is that Oakley has the wanderlust and jumps 4 foot fences with joyous abandon, though he did voluntarily return to his foster home (after several days!) by jumping back in! Oakley also tends to bark excitedly at horses when they come up to the fence near him, so perhaps he chased livestock at his earlier home. But he would make a wonderful family dog if they had a taller fence he couldn't jump, or for someone who could offer him plenty of exercise on leash or at a dog park. As with all our rescue dogs, Oakley has been neutered and is current on his vaccinations, flea control and heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is just $95.00 plus a one-time charge of $10.99 for his lifetime microchip registration with HomeAgain. 6 year old Chesapeake mix, neutered male dog, named Barley is in need of adoption. Family currently caring for Barley has special needs child and can no longer afford to keep a pet. Barley is loyal, a wonderful family pet, quirky, and well trained. Family paid for training camps over the last six years. Barley comes with a list of known commands. He comes with a full month's supply of food, two dog beds, a bag of rawhide bones, and treats. Shots, heartworm and flea protectant are up to date. Barley is well cared for and is in need of a new forever home. He is great with kids, small dogs and cats. Recommend single dog household with experienced dog owner. Barley requires a lot of love an attention. He also needs a strong commander who will follow-through with his training. Barley has leash agression towards other dogs but is fine in an offleash play setting. He is non-dominant and does not have food agression. We would like to re-home him as soon as possible.
