Story
Charlotte is a wonderfully playful young girl. She is enthusiastic and enjoys meeting other dogs. Charlotte easily makes friends with the people she meets. She is looking for someone that can teach her to play fetch. Charlotte loves toys and loves to play, but if you don't have a toy she will play with your hands. We try not to encourage that here at the shelter. Charlotte is a fast learner and since all she wants is for you to play with her, she catches on quickly putting the toy in her mouth rather than your hands. If you are viewing this dog's profile on Adopt-a-Pet and are interested in adopting, please head to our official website at www.worcesterarl.org to fill out a Dog Adoption Inquiry Form, which will be located under the dog's profile.

Story
Beautiful Hope is looking for a physically active home where she can run, play and do all the things that active big dogs do. Hope is super enthusiastic, and can't wait for a fresh start with adopters who can help her learn some new tricks. Hope would like to live as an only dog, as she can get intense with new dogs, but could probably tolerate being around other dogs in social settings where she doesn't have to encounter lots of casual up close meets. We have no history of Hope living with other dogs. Hope admits to being a jumper, but it is because she is super social with people and just hasn't learned a better way to get attention. We have no history of Hope living with cats, and she is looking for a home with teens and up because she can get big zoomies, and could knock down young ones. She would be a great candidate to learn better ways of interacting with people as she is so grateful for attention, and super eager to make people happy. If you are interested in adopting Hope, please head to our website worcesterarl.org and click on Hope's photo to fill out the Dog Adoption Inquiry Form. That is the first step. All adoptions are by appointment, thank you!

Story
Bandit came to WARL initially after his heartbroken owner needed to move unexpectedly. Bandit was very close with his first owner and it was hard on both of them, but she knew it was best for him. Bandit can be shy when meeting new people, but it doesn't take long before he is jumping up to hug you and offering you his paw. Bandit is very smart boy who knows all of his basic commands. He would need to be the only dog in the home, and is not up to dog park kind of play. Bandit does not want to be around children at all - he does not have any patience for them. Bandit was returned to the shelter for not doing well with kids after his initial adoption. After getting exercise he enjoys lounging on the couch in front of the TV. Bandit has been taught to ring a bell that hangs on the door when he needs to go to the bathroom. True to a lab, Bandit enjoys visiting lakes and beaches. If you are interested in adopting Bandit, please head to our website worcesterarl.org and click on Bandit's photo. Please complete the Dog Adoption Inquiry Form to request a meet with him. That is the first step! All adoptions are by appointment, thank you!
