We rescued midnight from a shelter he was about to be put down and we saw great potential in him. My husband was relocated for a job and I'm a mom of 3 with one on the way and no time or finances for his care due to the job switch. I'm due in less than a week and he is overly hyper due to still being young (hes a little over 2) and I'm afraid he might jump on the new baby. I also think he has a UTI but am unable to take him to the vet and he has become moody which isnt like him at all. I need someone who is going to love and care for midnight properly and get him seen by a vet. He loves to snuggle he has a yellow duck he carrys with him everywhere he gets along with our small beagle. He does need routine (like being let out everyday before 8am) he does run if given the chance but always comes back. He is black lab and pit mix but the sweetest thing imaginable. He needs to snuggle at night so you have to like cosleeping! He also howls anytime he hears an ambulance or fire truck.

She is a wonderful dog! She "boxes". Hits people with her paw. Loves children. However, she will KILL anything smaller than her. Raccoons, opposums, squirrels, moles, etc. Her problem is, little dogs look like raccoons. She can climb a fence, and trees. Yes, trees. So She needs some space or a cable. She is 70 pounds, and runs faster than a jackrabbit on crack! She gets along with dogs her size or bigger. LOVES people. Likes to be next to you, but not ontop of you. But does not tolerate small dogs, and chases cats. She is 4 years old. I've had her 3 years. I got her from a shelter. Housebroken, but will have an accident if left inside for 12 hours.

Diane(aka Dede) is a approx. 2 year old girl who came to us from a rural shelter. She was born there and never was adopted b/c she had very little human interaction and socialization. She has now gone into our foster care program and is learning to assimilate in a household. This is a slow very methodical process. Diane is learning to trust her handlers and behave like a normal dog with her canine foster sister/brother. Diane must go to a home with people who have dog ownership experience, with another confident dog, to a home with a secure fenced yard and to a home with people who commit to continuing her training with her foster parents and our trainers. A home without young children is required. A home with only older teenagers is highly preferred. ** Update** recently Dee Dee began to spend time at Camp Bow Wow playing with other dogs. She did GREAT, she’d love a home with another dog to continue to show her the ropes. Adoption fee 150.00

Pure bred with papers. 7 years old. Very friendly. Loves walks, people and animals. Enjoys opening presents for his birthday and Christmas. Good watch dog, will bark at anyone/any sound within a 300ft radius of your home. Likes to play ‘I have something that’s not mine, come and get it from me’. He will growl during this game, but won’t ever bite. Just offer a treat and he’ll drop whatever he has. Wants to be where his people are at all times. Loves car rides, insists on riding shotgun. Plays well at dog park and doggy day care. Over weight because he eats the children’s meals the second we leave the room. Pulls on the leash, but walks by your side without it. Won’t ever run away, but he will wander if you forget to close the gate. Wants to sleep in bed with his humans. Never need to clip his nails because he chews on them. I will be checking up on him via FaceTime and in person to make sure he’s with a good family who is taking care of him.
