He loves everyone he does not bark at all. he may let one out while at play but just one. he will wake you to go to the bathroom. he does not beg for food and is well trained. he does not mind to be outside. great with kids and other pets loves to play with small dogs and even if the small dog attacks him he will just stand there. my wife is in a wheelchair and it is just getting to hard to care for her him and work 2 jobs. that is the only reason i am letting him go. i do not want to have to put him down but it just may come to hat if i cannot give him away.

Story
Hi! My name is Tucker! Please read my bio below! Weight and Age: I am 75 pounds and am approximately 2 years old. Background: I was pulled by the rescue from a kill shelter here in Houston after several of the volunteers had seen a posting on the shelter site asking for a rescue to commit to me. I had been picked up by animal control and I am now in a loving foster home with another dog and am loving it! Medical Status: I will be neutered, micro-chipped, up to date on shots, and current on heartworm and flea preventatives. I have no other health issues and am heart worm negative. YAY! Activity level: I am pretty active since I'm still young and love to play with my friends (human and dog alike)! Potty Training/Crate Training: I am crate trained and learning potty training from my foster mom! Other Animals: Loves other dogs but vocalizes when playing so if another dog is reactive they may not like him. Not a fan of cats. Special Needs: I was very skinny when I was found and can have some food aggression with bones and my food bowl. I'm fine when my foster mom is near my bowl but I don't like it when another dog comes close so I eat in my kennel and then there's no problem! Location: Houston, TX but I'm available for out of state adoptions! If you have any questions please email my foster mom at nicole.whar94@yahoo.com

Story
Apollo is a super sweet dog around the age of 5. We previously adopted him from the humane shelter and his past from before our ownership is unknown. He is great with kids (he has been around kids as young as 5). Apollo loves playing with toys, walks, going on drives, and running around in the back yard. Within the past month we have had the first issue with aggression in the two years we have owned him. He recently bit someone as they were walking through the front door. This is the only time he has shown aggression towards another thing.

Story
Meet Bison! This sweet, lovable boy had a ruff start in life but boy has he thrived once he figured out how great life could be! Bison was rescued from a hoarding situation and has done an incredible job learning to trust, how to live in a home and is such an amazing dog - we are constantly amazed at his resilience! Bison is housetrained and crate trained. He lives in a foster home with several other dogs and does great with all of them! As a matter of fact, he would do best in a home with another k9 or two to be his best friends - he loves being part of a pack! He has met some older kids and was in their lap immediately! He loved all the cuddles and kisses! He is very playful and happy and LOVES toys! He will throw them up in the air and catch them if there&#39s no one around to play fetch. He likes to be touching all the time and will put his paws on his people whenever they pet him. He extremely loving and affectionate so if you&#39re looking for a cuddle bug, Bison is your dog! He likes couch cuddles, taking walks, treats and learning new tricks! Bison is currently being fostered in Houston, TX. He would come to his new home on professional transport. Email info@joyrides.org to speak to our NJ-based team on making Bison a part of your family! https://youtu.be/mK-zq9IJJw8 https://youtu.be/rRq3dH2wzlw https://youtu.be/1Xpo2HofbN4

Story
So I hear you’re looking for a new best friend? Someone who is a real sweet heart…well, I may be just who you’re looking for! I am O-so affectionate and O-so loving. If you’re looking for someone to accompany you on your daily walk, a buddy to tag along on your weekend hikes, or a pal to take to the beach, I’d be more than happy to join since I am O-so loyal and enjoy a good time. How about a friend for your other dog? I am O-so lovable and affectionate, I’ll make a wonderful companion for your other dog or respectful older children 8+, but I am not O-so willing to share my home with cats. Some people say I’m O-so quirky; I had a really rough puppy-hood that left me with a neurological condition called epilepsy which causes me to have seizures when I get too over stimulated. But don’t worry, aside from these occasional manifestations of an intense love obsession with going after my own tail (I'm pretty sure its playing hard to get) you’d never even notice! I’m keeping my crate O-so clean and tidy, such a great start to all the other awesome stuff you can teach me…since I am O-so smart. So how about it… don’t I sound O-so right? 8 1/2 years old-65lbs. My adoption fee is $120 and includes; neuter, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.
