Doc is a poodle/terrier mix. He is roughly 3 years old and came into rescue 2 years ago with two other brothers. The pups had been through a lot and Doc is just now starting to build trust. Doc is painfully shy with people. Doc is looking for an adult only home that is low key, patient and gentle. Doc loves to be loved but he can startle easily as he continues to adjust to everyday life. Doc currently attends doggie daycare with other small dogs to continue to build his awareness, trust and understanding of the human world. He needs support with his potty training, leash skills and basic obedience. He would do best in an home with a yard. He's not great walkling on a leash. Doc is a puppy-mill dog that would ideally be placed in a home with rescue experience or someone who has a lot of time to dedicate to bring him out of his shell. He is UTD on shots, neutered and micro-chipped. His adoption fee is $400.

My name is Miss Marple from Korea and I am a wonderful 3 year old Female Poodle. I am 10 lbs. and so excited to find my new forever home. I am a very happy, affectionate, and friendly dog who was just saved from the Korean slaughter farms. Korea kills 2.5 million dogs a year to be eaten. I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family. Take me on car rides, walks in the park, and I will become your best friend. I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs. I need a home with a fenced-in yard and will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of exercise, love, and affection! On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will come to your home and help train your new pup for only $75. My adoption fee of $1395. will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Grooming, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle. A part of this adoption fee will also help us build our brand new 2 acre sanctuary. We are in need of building a new indoor barn for the dogs. The adoption fee is firm and helps cover medical expenses for our other rescue dogs in need of orthopedic surgery, urgent vet care, dental and teeth extractions, cherry eye removals, and more. Meet Casper, who is about the cutest, little white bundle ever to be seen! He's about 7 years old., but don't think that means he's slowed down! He's looking for a person/family who is home most of the time. He can be a mellow gentle dog, but also loves activity. He's a great little snuggler. He has a young side and likes playing with his people and his toys. He enjoys exploring the outdoors and is a sturdy little companion on walks or trails. Because he is small (about 11 lbs), a home with adults and older respectful children is a must. Casper would do best as an only dog. He is good with other dogs, except will occasionally snark at other dogs (no contact) around his toys. It's pretty mild and with a little positive training, it could be reduced. He is house trained but also is sometimes a marker in his house. His foster mom keeps him in a "belly wrap" when he's indoors. Over time, as his comfort level has increased, he's not marking much at all. In a home with no or only one other dog, that would probably go away. Usually we don't require fences for our pups but this guy really enjoys having some time in his yard with his person so we will be asking that his future home have a fenced yard. He really doesn't like being crated during the day but will sleep quietly in it though the night. But what he really hopes for, is a home that will let him sleep in the humans' bed. He can be left in the house by himself. He won't destroy anything but may be anxious and will need to wear his belly wrap. This little guy is ready to settle down and enjoy the rest of his life with people who really care for him and will give him the good life he deserves!!! Miss Flower needs a special family to dedicate time to meet her needs, but she is well managed at this time. She deserves a chance to be loved! She was found near death with pneumonia, starving and matted with mange in a trailer court in April 2019. Diagnosed with Megaesophagus, and some type of neurological disorder that causes decreased muscle mass and caused loss of coordination in her walk. She 'bunny hops'. She can walk/run, but only for short distances. She has partial paralyzed back legs. Her bowels work fine. She has a droopy tail and cannot wag it, even when she is happy. She will talk and tell you all is well with her eyes! She has a great appetite and must eat 3-4 times a day sitting upright, and then stay upright for 20 after eating. She has medications to take and is prone to aspiration pneumonia, which can be life threatening....she has had two bouts of it since April. She does moan at times, but is not in pain... more like anxiety noise. Flower is a very loving, happy girl who depends on regular interactions with her caregiver... she will be very attached and dependent... snuggling on your shoulder after eating and will fall asleep. She likes to sleep in bed with her person, but will sleep in a kennel. She can be left for 3-5 hours in between meds/meals. Flower is used to being with other dogs, but can be growly to guard her food or her person from other dogs. She likes to bark at the neighbor's dogs, which is a good sign she is feeling spunky! Toby is a sweet, loving, adult poodle (mix) boy around 10lbs. He has a docked tail that he loves to wag when he is excited and typical poodle fur, We don't know what kind of dog he is and we are just guessing - he doesn't shed much but we cannot say if he is hypoallergenic. He gets along great with other dogs and people and is super sweet. He does have a cherry eye in the pics/video - we will have him get surgery to correct this before he goes home! He is working on housetraining and his adopter will need to be prepared to work with him to train him. His fee is $850. FAQ (please read before emailing!!!) Chloe was turned into the city kill shelter by her owner as a euthanasia request. We cannot imagine why. The shelter begged us to help her. They didn't think she should be euthanized for no reason. She does have a slight limp on her right leg, along with some hair loss and skin infection, but this little lady doesn't deserve to die because of it. We took her directly into our vet for x-rays and to treat her skin infection. The x-rays revealed that she has some arthritis in her right knee and has some neurological issues in her spine that can be managed very well with Adequan and pain medication. We have had our vet do a dental cleaning on her and have started working on clearing up her skin. We have also put her on a diet (she's a chunky monkey) which will ease the issues with her back and knee. Chloe is a miniature poodle mix who currently weighs 23 pounds. She is 9 years old. She is very, very cute and super sweet! She would love a new home with a family that will take care of her properly. She still has a lot of life and love left in her to give and would make the perfect companion for almost anyone. Chloe's adoption fee is $485 (that includes ground transport from Houston, TX to the Seattle, WA area). Transport is arranged to her adopter upon completion of adoption. She has been fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped so she is ready to go! Chloe is currently in her foster home in Sheridan, TX.
