Story
Copper is a mix of a Mountain Cur, a border collie, and a Great Pyrenees.  He was born 7/24/19.  He has been a family's outside dog, but they could no longer keep him so they surrendered him to rescue. He is a sweet, friendly pup.  He has been neutered, brought up to date with vaccinations, wormed, microchipped and dosed with Revolution for flea and heartworm prevention.  He weighed 41 pounds 10 ounces as of 3/3/20. His adoption fee is $50.00 PLEASE NOTE: BECAUSE OF HIS SIZE, COPPER CAN NOT BE SHIPPED.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADOPT HIM, YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE HERE TO PICK HIM UP.

Story
Max is an awesome dog! He’s 7 and as smart as they come. He is extremely high energy and needs lots of walks or a big yard to play in + activities. He’s been with our family for 6 years and this is tough but he doesn’t fit our lifestyle. He is a very smart boy - he knows sit, lay down, shake, shake other paw, wave, hug, crawl, and “bang bang” (play dead). He can learn a new trick in under half an hour if you have good treats! He’s a spoiled boy. Up to date on all shots, gets good treats, grain-free food, has a yard to run around in. He loves activities (walks, football in the yard, hide and seek) and his biggest love is also his biggest flaw - he LOVES company. He will jump all over our guests when they come in the door and I haven’t successfully trained him to not do that yet. He is a party animal - he loves people and get-togethers. He’s completely housebroken but has an accident ~1x a year when excited. He has an adorable snaggle tooth that comes out from time to time too.

Story
Meet Ginger Ginger is a sweet dog, She is approximately 2 years old and recently had pups but is now spayed, completely vetted and ready for a new home. Ginger was one of 3 dogs that came in from a very neglectful situation, living on their own with only the food we provided for them. They were basically feral when they came into our rescue, scared, shy and timid but NOW...... Ginger and the others are happy, and adjusting well to new and different surroundings. Ginger is crate trained and likes to romp and play with all of the other dogs in the home. She will sometimes take a time out from the youngsters and go to her kennel for some alone time. She also loves to just hang out in the back yard under the shade tree and listen to all of the birds sign. Ginger would make a great companion for a family or a single person. She keeps herself entertained with toys and chews, is extremely quite in her crate and can go hours without a peep. She WILL let you know if a stranger is near, she is very receptive and intuitive. If you plan to take your dog traveling, Ginger is not for you, she has severe motion sickness, even with medication. We will continue to work on this and hopefully she outgrows it but Ginger would do better as a "home body", If you would like to meet Ginger, please fill out an adoption application at www.unchainedmelodies.org/adopt/ *No out of State Adoptions *Home Checks Required *Adoption Fee is $175.00 All of our adult dogs are current on vaccinations, heartworm tested, spayed/neutered & microchipped prior to adoption. Thank you for adopting!
