Story
Ophelia is 12. I adopted from western MN at 4 months old. She is a wonderful dog, who is super patient, she loves walks and being scratched. She does well with other dogs and has a very calm demeanor. She is protective in the right way and loves to chase squirrels. She does steal food. A habit I have tried to break for years. But her size lends her reach power to unexpected heights. Her biggest flaw is she love to eat poop. The only way for her not to do it is to pick it up right away. I shave her in the summer and let her coat grow for the winter. She loves the snow, laying in it, eating it and playing. Ophelia deserves a home where she can be dotted on and given the right amount of affection. With two little kids in a very small house with busy work schedules, she, unfortunately, has become an after thought.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Jonathan is your typical puppy that enjoys playing,snuggling,and napping. He has been GREAT at going potty outside. He gives cues that he has to go out,and does really well with a schedule. Jonathan doesn't love his kennel but after a little whimpering-he calms right down,and is fine hanging out in there for a few hours. He sleeps in his kennel all night with keeping it dry.  He has shown interest in the cat but accepted the cat's boundaries after being put in his place. He enjoys playing with the other dogs and would do well with a bigger dog to show him the way. He can get a little snarky with the other dogs being by his food bowl-but not horrible and redirects nicely. He is a smart puppy that has a spunky attitude. He loves to be right by everything that is going on,but will also stay on the rug chewing his toys minding his own business.     I'd recommend that Jonathan go to an experienced owner of large breed dogs as he will need a strong leader. He would also be better for a family with older kids since he is nipping our legs trying to "herd" us already. He is learning that it's not acceptable but he would most likely do better with older kids. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Age: 2.5 months old Dog Friendly: Yes Cat Friendly: Yes Crate Trained: Does well in an xpen Potty Trained: Working on it Hi, they call me Marshmallow Fluff, Marsh, Marshy, or Fluffball … I’m not sure what’s going on with these people and those names but they sure treat me nicely! I came as a stray from Texas and I am loving the Minnesota weather. With all my fur I’m happy to stay cool(er). I am such a good boy, I get along really well with both the resident dogs and foster dogs and they are much bigger than me! I get to spend a lot of time with them playing. My situation is really nice, I get the entire sunroom to myself and I sleep quietly all night long. My foster parents leave the TV or radio on for me so I don’t feel alone. I'm still working on potty training but I love going outside to potty and I love treats! I’m already showing my foster family when I want to go out and they tell me I am the smartest boy! My breed is part of the working group, so my foster family puts delicious treats inside snuffle mats and treat puzzles to keep my sniffer and puppy mind at work. I’ve mastered a level 1 game so onto level 2. See, I am SO smart. Also, I think I ride ok in the car, I might cry a little bit here and there but I stay quiet most of the time. I love my toys and will put them in my comfy dog bed, and I have a raised bed that I really like and I’ll put my toys on that too! Wherever I am, that’s where my toys will be! I’m just a loveable fluffy little boy, asking you to be my forever home. Adoption Fee: $695
