I inherited Jazzy after my Grandmother passed away as none of my family would take her however I am no longer able to keep her as she is aggressive toward my other cat. She needs a home with no other animals and no small children. She seems to get stressed easily and has anxiety around a lot of people. She can be sweet if it is just her and you but it takes her a bit to warm up to people.

Story
Kip and Starla have been with us since July 2018. They have always been a little shy, but now I am questioning if that is because our older established cat has been mean to them. He is a total bully. And they are scared of him and it hasn't gotten better. They can co-exist peacefully sometimes, but most of the time my other cat is not nice to them. They are very affectionate when they feel like it. Lol! Kip LOVES sitting on laps, he seems to prefer laps that wear jeans....strange I know.

Story
Rain is an adoptable cat at The Whole Cat and Kaboodle in Redmond. She is a sweet girl and independent girl who still loves a good chin scratch or belly rub! She is a little shy but warms up quickly with the right amount of patience and time. Each store has cats for adoption, but Redmond's adoption kennels are permanent, meaning that we never need to foster out those cats, and they get to peaceably live at our Café until a family takes them home. When a cat has been on site at Kirkland for over 2 months, they get put on a transfer list for Redmond as soon as a spot opens up. Cats over 12 years are preferentially hosted at Redmond due to the permanent situation of the kennels there. All of our adoptable cats, regardless of home shelter, will have the following before they are released for adoption: Spay/neuter, microchip, current vaccines, FeLV test (depending on the level of risk, some cats may also receive the FIV test), flea-free, worm treatment, ringworm treatment, and recent vet visit.
