Hello there, I am Chocolate Chip (Chip for short) I am apart of the Brownie litter, and the smallest of my siblings. I am an absolute lover boy! I get super excited around other dogs and cats! I am more timid than my siblings but I am perfectly content sitting on your chest and snuggling for a nap. To be honest, I really like to be center of attention and hanging out with you. I am pretty small, and will require patience when it comes to potty or crate training but I have started, and so far I am doing pretty well. I like toys and chews, just like every other pup and one of my favorite things is to play with my kitten foster siblings! My foster mommy says that if she could “build” the perfect little puppy, it would be ME! All I am needing now is my perfect home, could that be you? This is our friend Sparky! He was found as a stray in Richmond on 9/21/23. He’s a 5YO Chihuahua. He had to have been someone’s pet at some point since he came in already neutered, but unfortunately he had no owner identification on him and no one came looking for him. To Sparky it’s a big, scary world out there…and he’s just a little guy all alone. He was initially very scared to be here in shelter, but he`s since settled in. He loves attention and walks well on a leash.
