Story
Wednesday is a warrior. She broke with parvo shortly after coming into rescue. No one expected her to survive, not even the vet hospital that treated her in ICU for 10 days. When she was finally discharged she was sent home to die. She had no muscle mass and no protein was detectable in her blood. But look at our brave girl now! She is the smallest of her 3 sisters. Even though they all were sick, Wednesday was the only one so close to deaths door.  Wednesday is a happy pup that loves to play with her foster puppy family. She is used to be held and carried around by her foster mom so she loves attention. When she isn't playing, she is calm and sweet. She is crate trained.  Wednesday deserves the best future life can offer her. She came from very humble beginnings only to rise up and become a superstar on Facebook. Many people in her community donated nutritious food, vitamin, teas, and anything else they could think of to her foster family to help her gain weight after she came home. She has quite a Facebook following. The family that adopts Wednesday and gives her a happy future will be local hero's in her home town.  Wednesday is available for adoption through Focus on Cumberland County Animal Safety (FOCCAS)

THE FIRST STEP IN THE PROCESS IS SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION EMBEDDED IN THE LISTING DESCRIPTION IF YOU READ THROUGH. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ADOPT-A-PET APPLICATIONS. WE CANNOT ANSWER EMAILS ASKING ABOUT A DOG'S AVAILABILITY. IF IT IS LISTED WITHOUT THE WORD "PENDING" IT MEANS IT IS AVAILABLE. IF YOU HAVE AOL or YAHOO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILE FOR OUR RESPONSE Check out ALL of our listings at this link!! Hound Lovers Behold! Arlo ain't nothing but a hound dog, and that means he's got his share of songs and slobbering - - but hound lovers expect that!! Hound lovers will also be familiar with his "selective hearing" when it's time to leave the dog park, the "Let's Go This Way" dance when going on leash walks, and how he will always trust his nose for directions! On top of that, Arlo is high energy fun and loves squeaky toys better than treats! He loves other dogs, making new friends and running with anyone who will run with him. He's being fostered in an active home with kids , cats and dogs and that suits him perfectly because there's always something interesting going on. Boredom will always get him into trouble!! Arlo is about 4 - 5 years old, he weighs almost 80 pounds and he is a very healthy boy. If you've got a big sense of humor, please visit www.pinkshelter.org for more information about the adoption process or click here for our online application. Full vetting, microchip and neuter included in his $350 adoption fee. Transport fee is additional $160. IF YOU HAVE AOL or YAHOO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILE FOR OUR RESPONSE
