Story
Wednesday is a warrior. She broke with parvo shortly after coming into rescue. No one expected her to survive, not even the vet hospital that treated her in ICU for 10 days. When she was finally discharged she was sent home to die. She had no muscle mass and no protein was detectable in her blood. But look at our brave girl now! She is the smallest of her 3 sisters. Even though they all were sick, Wednesday was the only one so close to deaths door.  Wednesday is a happy pup that loves to play with her foster puppy family. She is used to be held and carried around by her foster mom so she loves attention. When she isn't playing, she is calm and sweet. She is crate trained.  Wednesday deserves the best future life can offer her. She came from very humble beginnings only to rise up and become a superstar on Facebook. Many people in her community donated nutritious food, vitamin, teas, and anything else they could think of to her foster family to help her gain weight after she came home. She has quite a Facebook following. The family that adopts Wednesday and gives her a happy future will be local hero's in her home town.  Wednesday is available for adoption through Focus on Cumberland County Animal Safety (FOCCAS)

Story
Leo is a great dog and a great friend but is living with me in a tiny room and he has been stressed out trying to live inna cramped space. Leo needs lots of love and space to run around. Leo is trained to go outside and never has had any accidents on the home although he does have a thing for shoes and socks! Leo will be your best bud if you are willing to give him the time and love he requires.

Story
Hound lovers, we have a wonderful pup for you! Meet Finn! Finn is a handsome foxhound, intact (but adoption fee comes with a voucher toward neutering and 2 shots!), and under 2 years old. He is true to his breed and will follow his nose all over the office! He has to check every scent. He has those beautiful hound ears that are as soft as silk. He would love to be out in the yard of his own home, beying at the squirrels and following his nose! Finn would do best in a home with a fenced yard as he will definitely follow his nose where ever it may lead. He has a very active curiosity in the the cats at NAC so may not do well with cats. He would love daily walks that he can sniff his way through! If you are interested in Finn, please fill out our application located at the top of our Facebook page. If you have any questions, please call Norwich Animal Control 860-887-5747
